Lest I forget in my family and professional busyness at this season, as Passover begins on Friday evening, I want to wish all who celebrate the holiday A Zissen Pesach, a sweet Passover.

And matzo pizzas, correct? Oh, and there's a new kosher for Passover product that might interest you: panko-style matzo meal (use instead of panko in breading/crumb toppings.)

We have a bunch of the stand by Maxwell House ones, plus I have a few others that I have had for a few years. But I also downloaded my synagogues haggadah companion for additional info. I downloaded and printed the Koren edition with commentary by R. Sacks but then discovered that I had an actual copy of it already.

Seven years later all I need to do is change “Friday evening” to “this evening”. (I hope nobody feels compelled, given the state of the world, to turn this thread into some kind of political and/or point of contention.)
