The Yoga Path

Even for those thinking that actions (this include speech and mind), "yoga", have no results, no fruits from right and wrong, get the "bill". And so also the right path for overcoming all yoga, has it's "bill", effect. It's hard to understand right and wrong, as prefering to feed on.

Niyāma by wrong yāma leads just again to be "welcomed" by Yama.

a). Yama (The five abstentions): Ahimsa, Satya, Asteya, Brahmacharya, Aparigraha.
b). Niyama (The five "observances"): Śauca, Santosha, Tapas, Svādhyāya, Ishvara-Pranidhana.

I agree with all these except Ishwara-Pranidhana (being an atheist).
Do you find any problem with this? :)

I looked this up.
Ajnana meaning false understanding?
Yeah, or none. False understanding is worse than not understanding. :)

Forgot to give the meaning of the terms (roundly):
Yama: Non-violence, truth, not to steal, limittions in sexual relations, non-attachment.
Niyama: cleanliness of body and mind, contentment, effort, study, thinking about God.

Yeah, I think so too. Not understanding is starting from zero but one can learn and add knowledge
False understanding is like starting from negative numbers but with a barrier that no equation can solve🫤😑

Those all sound like good ways to live. 😃😀🥰
