Thank you for this.......... I always had believed that Shoghi Effendi's grave was in Highgate cemetery, London, N1......

It's a pity that Bahais are interred in such a short time after death or I would expect Shoghi Effendi to be in Haifa. That reminds me to ask: Where are the graves of Bahaullah and Abdul Baha ??

Tony can tell you that we both debate strongly for and against Bahai, but my late wife was a Bahai and thus I was acquainted with Bahai for many years.

Ya know if ya have to take a break from something you love/enjoy....

I am honored that it is us!

Indeed, we are privileged. The things we do for love. :)

Abdul'baha was placed in the Shrine of the Bab by Shoghi Effendi, as a temporary location and will be relocated to a new resting place near the Garden of Ridvan. Which is between Akka and Haifa.

New Shrine of Abdul'baha.

Baha'ullah was placed in a Shrine only tens of meters away from where he passed away. At Bahjī.

Shrine of Baha’u’llah

Regards Tony

Thank you Tony.
Of course, you've been there, seen it all. I remember that you went a couple of years ago, correct?

I have been very lucky to go twice on Pilgrimage OB. My wife and I applied way back in 1988, but in the end had no funds to go. It was not until 2018 that we got to go together, 30 years later. I have also been with our eldest son.

I love the food in Israel, the shops with spices and best of all the sweet shops. :D;)

Stay well, stay happy and all the best to you, the better half and family.:) Regards Tony
