The benefits of yoga to me sound like the benefits of smoking weed. Same dedication, same mental effects and same attraction to success. Shouldnt meditation actually become something which helps a person spiritually grow. But growth is a development of time. Meaning that over time things change and get better with meditation. How does your form of meditation increase spiritual ability over time?

Oh, but Yoga is more than gymnastics. I think there are posts in this sub-forum that go into detail.

For example, service is part of yoga, as is devotion. I think both of these are also recognized by Christians as beingconducive to spiritual development. What are your thoughts of service and devotion?
