Misleading concepts in physics: dark energy

There are some rather everyday examples, too, where physicists use words differently from everyone else.

Mass and weight. (The latter is a force)

Temperature and heat. (The latter is energy)

Centrifugal "force". (It's not a force, but inertia)

"Theory". (To physicists, it means it's a well understood natural law, rather than speculation)

Maybe I'll come up with more...
