Indian Supreme Court on forced religious conversion

It is the same with Christian women marrying Hindu men. It weakens Hinduism. Some later adopt Christianity.
Shraddha was/is not alone. There have been many such cases of Muslims posing as Hindus, in society and on social media to befriend Hindu girls.

My view of 'advaita' is a bit different. Not any universal consciousness, since I believe human consciousness does not outlast death. There is no evidence of a surviving consciousness. I do not believe in any 'greater self'. No God for me, I do not take Brahman as a Godor 'Supreme Soul'. For me even a grain of sand is Brahman and so am I. I do not believe in Brihadaranyaka's statement - 'Prajnanam Brahma', though I believe in all other such statements - 'Aham Brahmasmi', 'So Aham', 'Ayamatma Brahma', 'Tat twam asi', 'Sarvam Khalvidam Brahma', 'Eko sad, dwiteeyo nasti' and "Brahma satyam jagan-mithya, jeevo Brahmaiva na parah ..'. IMHO, Brihadaranyaka did not get it right there, it is without evidence.
