I did originally block you, but I changed my mind, and decided to give you second chance, hopefully I don't regret it.

As a user you can block and unblock as frequently or as sparingly as you wish.
I have used the feature many times in my few months here.
IMHO it's great to help dynamics in the short term but poor for group dynamics over the long term.
