Some users are going back and editing or deleting comments after their comments have received responses and/or likes -- often making nonsense of the thread continuity.

For this reason it's become necessary to put a one hour time limit on users editing their own posts.

Staff can be approached to make later alterations to user posts

Makes sense to slow the issue described.

I often don't see my typing or grammatical errors till after someone points them out.

Glad I will have the opportunity to fix them.

I understand the reasoning for the move. Nevertheless, I believe that a 20 minute after initial posting time frame to edit a post is unrealistically short.
Especially if one is using the phone with extra small keypad, as auto spell check changes words. Regards Tony

The errors of my ways shall haunt me for eternity.

My typos will be recorded for posterity.

I think my trepidation is what I meant will be seen forever, I can explain away what was an accident, but what is embarrassing over the course of time is what was actually intended in a past situation...lol.

But this.....as with just about everything else are the choices we make to play in others sand boxes...they run their sand box as they see fit. I good with that, or I move on.
