I believe that our individual fear of death forms a spectrum that varies based on our beliefs. As a Buddhist, why should I fear death? In this life, I can only comprehend what pertains to my existence; I have no memory of the spiritual plane from which I came before being born into this life.

This world is like a school, with each life representing a series of lessons before you graduate. I believe that in the spiritual world, we possess knowledge and memories of all our previous lives, and we learn from them.

Why do we come to this tangible Earth? Our spirits take on an earthly body to navigate this physical plane more easily, and when we are ready, we depart that body and return to our spiritual realm.

When you gaze into the mirror, you see an earthly body; it is merely a vehicle for your soul, not your true self. Therefore, do not fear death; instead, fear returning to the earthly realm, as that means you will be pulled away from your beautiful heavenly domain for many years.

This world is where we come to experience reality when we falter in the heavenly realms; we descend to Earth like fallen angels. Fear being born again, not dying.

Our story starts with conception. From then on, molecules from the mother, food and environment join and leave us all through our life. After the so-called death, the process of disintegration of these molecules starts.
O Buddha, there is no soul and no realms other than this in which we live. "I" is without any 'atta' (substantiality).
Neither fear death, nor coming back, because we will stay in this realm all the time.
Death does not take our molecules out of Earth and its atmosphere. What constitutes us will be here till the earth is no more (about 5 billion years if there is no major accident, like impact with a real huge asteriod, like the one that created the Moon).

The Molocules you speak of are the physical body, don’t you believe in a Soul.
