Help!! Teacher needs info on religions of the world!!

Another place to get information is www.adherents.com . They have an excellent, indeed perhaps unique, review of religionists including population, distribution, prominant people of faith, - lot's and lot's of summary and stats. But not much aimed at teachings - just who/where and counting. But it does that very very well.

It has been reviewed and edited by many professors and well-educated people. It is brief and simple to read, yet contains much scientific knowledge.
