Christian-Buddists

Hey vaj.

I enjoyed your last post as I have all of them. I am not a finished product so to say and am going through a major transformation [thanks to everyone with there help]. I am not sure about the god thing, [oh yes I know nirvana is not a place, the void however is both kinda], it makes sense from certain perspectives, but I personally see it all as a universal spirit, otherwise the lines of duality are drawn – as a god and us thing, whereas I see no such division.

Please allow me some time to consider all of these things – I am sure we’ll get our teeth into more debates, :) but I feel I have said as much as I need to here.

Ok I have had a look around, and realise the nature of threads around here, so sorry for any inappropriate responses, but as I am not a Christian, it is for them to argue the points being made more than I. I am simply to free thinking for structured religions!

I look forwards to more debates, perhaps i'll do a thread called - can i be a buddhist druid?:)

Buddha is another who I follow or at least believe. Same with Krishna. If you really look at it Buddha, Krishna, and Jesus lived very similar lives;).
and Laozi of course.

Is there any Buddhism can tell me about the prominent teaching of Buddha?

Namaste Heaven_id,

welcome to CR and the Easten Thought section of the forum.

we have several Buddhists which are members of our site, as such, we can probably address your questions to some degree.

perhaps, it would be of benefit to start a new thread with your particular questions?

metta,
