'As-salāmu alaykum wa ramatullah to all, :)

I have a question in regards to how one faces during prayer. Why does one face the Quiblah? Thanks to you for your guidance.

We face the Kaabah as it is symbolically Allahs "home" on earth. Also the throne which angels circle in the heavens is directle above this point in earth,
