Good Sleeping Tips

My house was broken in to in summer 2009. I went through a couple of years of not sleeping well at all. My hyper sensitivity started settling down a couple of years ago and recently I've started eating a banana before bed. Since I've started eating a small banana my sleep has improved dramatically.
 
I've recently started the habit of drinking at least half a liter of water before I go to sleep. It is tremendous how much effect this has.

I also use orgonite to close off my room from Wifi radiation. Most people will not be familiar with this stuff, but I can recommend it.

And of course an open window - but this goes for daytime being as well. In the end what matters is a state with minimal interference of electricity and open connection to the elements - water, air, also earth, stability.

That sucks. But what a great solution.

I guess all general tips can not beat the personal genius of the individual.
We can heal ourselves, body teaches methods.
