Sometimes I get so frustrated with the "karma" line - it's like telling people we can't do anything about bad things, when humans have spent thousands of years precisely trying to overcome these.
That is right, if someone says, "it is my Karma to try help folks" that is fine. It is saying that is the right thing to do and making it ones Karma might help to center that in ones own mind.
But to blame Karma for the death of earthquake victims in Haiti or children in a natural disaster is simply irrational.
