Congrats Vaj! You just crossed a thousand posts!Vajradhara said:Namaste all,
hmm... a favortie... that's harder than the movies question for me! LOL..
if i were forced to choose one album to listen to, from a post 1900 artist, i think that it would have to be Pink Floyds' The Wall.
as for a favorite modern artist... hands down... Rush.
i wasn't a big Counting Crows fan when i heard their radio songs, however, after i married, my spouse had the CD and i found that i really enjoyed it.

i still remember, vividly, the first time that i heard that album... i couldn't get over it... it was such a powerful album.. whew...
in fact... strangely enough.. i was talking about this very album on the planet Baha'i message board for awhile... neat conversation.
yes.. you definitely should...lunamoth said:Makes me think I should dust off the CD and listen to it again--it's been a while. I was in high school when it came out and once had a very very long night camping at the lake with a friend while we listened to 2112 about a hundred times. At one point we were stopping the tape after every line so we could talk about it and take it in... Been a long time...

I own and cherish a few various tracks from their studio recordings but my favourite cuts ..are the bootlegs from their live shows.
