Simple, no meat of any kind. I will submit a post in regards to this comment in a very esoteric way. Of course there will be many opinions but it's the experience that counts. Have been advocating health for over 2 decades. NCOT i have met real Masters in the field of alternative medicine. You look into their eyes,the hair stands up from behind your neck and you have come to realize that this person has just scanned you, it's so beautiful because it alyways end with a smile.
