just interesting to myself, probably, but i was just looking at my usercp and noticed my join date.

today, July 10, 2003.

i have little recollection of what was going on in my life then...

hmm...

working at a technology company... two years into my first home... a stray hound dog and two cats living with my wife and i... our first garden of tomatoes and melons and peppers and lettuce...

anyone else recall how things were in July 2003?

I was living alone in a little one bedroom apartment, only months away from meeting the woman who was to become my wife. I was content and happy for the most part but I really wanted to find someone to share things with. I think it took several years of solitude before I was really ready to meet someone of Susan's caliber.
