I need to redecorate my profile page to something more wintery for the season, but I'm drawing a blank! I need suggestions! (Stars, evergreen, snow? Holiday goodies? Fruitcake and eggnog? Help!)

But it doesn't snow there does it? I remember lots of rain but only slush for snow in winter!

The snow here is wet, sticky (it clumps together) yet slippery, and HEAVY! {Snow blowers are out of the question.} Doesn't mix well with the hilly landscape.

I think it needs a nice cup of hot chocolate, hot cocoa or mulled cider, personally. Not a large cup, just something to add a bit of contrast in a corner.

It's hanami in Japan, so it's not too early. Heck, they make sakura (cherry blossom) viewing an event and have been since the eighth century, throwing sakura viewing parties.
So, I guess what I'm saying is have your own virtual hanami "party" in your profile page. It might lift your spirits.
