All souls have a higher mind and a lower mind. I was talking about this on another forum and someone provided this link referencing a paper Wilson Van Dusen " Chief Psychologist at Mendocino State Hospital in California where he worked among the mentally ill for 17 years. http://www.searchwithin.org/download/presence_spirits.pdf I thought this paper was interesting because he refers to the higher mind and lower mind as orders. I think if he would have understood the higher mind and lower mind at the time he published this paper he would have had a different stance on the how or what was affecting these individuals. They(souls) can only enter into the higher mind to find your lower mind it has nothing to do with intelligence. The higher mind is the astral pains and the place where other dream time experiences occur and the place you are more prone to hear voices. The higher mind is not something you can become something in all the time and is only available to someone that has been allowed to reincarnate many times. The higher mind is your template to becoming yourself and it is a way to find answers to things both in life and in death.
