Where will Organized religion be?

true...and there have been many in every century for 2000 years who have been screaming the signs, the signs...and thought it was imminent, in 50 years...in their lifetimes... And so far every single one of them has been wrong... Could be in w years, 200 or twenty thousand...no one knows that date. .if you believe scripture to be literal

Eurabchina, dont forget the china ;-). I see a future where Eurasia is going to be slanted eye white, like many tatar-russian hybrid people of north asia.
Apart from that, Europe owes a lot to middle east. Descartes is kind of the founding father of modern west. He took truck loads of thought from Ghazali, who is considered to be one of the greatest Islamic thinkers. Also, lots of Medicine/surgery also went from east to west (Back then europe was treating diseases by exorcism). Muslims took everything from greece, india and china, and send it towards europe.

IMHO europe, islam and china will enrich each other a lot. It'll take time, but the outcome will be good. There is no other way

The speed at which white race is dying out, 30-50 years. Europe will need more humans. Also, the post renaissance thought has lived its life now. It gives people a hole in their soul, which usually gets filled with something eastern. qigong, vipassana, sufi, vedantic stuff.

Muslim intellectual tradition is getting revived in the west more than the traditionally muslim lands.

In the dump. What will probably exist is independent thought. Each person having his/her own explanation - like what it is in Hinduism. I do not think fundamentalist Islam will exist in 2065.
 
My original thought on the topic was , "Where will disorganized religion be?"

How I would enjoy your suggestion becoming true. Don't see it happening though. Here we are at the dawn of the 21st century and a significant number of people seem to have the attitude of people from the Middle Ages! I don't think fundamentalism will ever die. I would be very happy to be proven wrong.
