Nice and crispy, though not as crunchy crispy as it looks, the skin was supple enough for easy carving, and all of the meat tender and juicy. (450* oven for 3.25 hours for a 15 lb bird, the best outcomes. Higher temp and shorter cooking time prevent drying out)
