What's For Dinner?

Hot vegan Italian sausage and peppers sandwich (shredded provolone sprinkled on it as well as in the homemade roll/bun.) diet raspberry lemonade and a bunch of seedless Sweet Sapphire grapes for dessert (long day today.)

Whole wheat waffles with chocolate chips and salted caramel chips (care package of the morsels that I decided to use.) Might repeat experiment for Rosh Hashana, which is later this month or towards the beginning of October. The trio had catnip-sprinkled crunchies (might try matatabi-sprinkled crunchies some day...)

I had raspberry lemonade to drink while the trio had Milwaukee-tap water (as usual.)

Macaroni and cheese with sliced vegetarian Italian sausage incorporated in it and iced peach mango green tea to wash it down. The trio had chicken crunchies with a few mixed-flavor treats added in and Milwaukee tap water to wash that down.

My sweetheart had a bubbling cauldron of pumpkin soup on the stove when I came home last night. First one this season. Summer is over!

I've got a pot of curried pumpkin "soup"/"bisque" in the works for tonight (it's raining, so a nice bowl of soup sounds divine.) Don't know what I'll make to go with it, yet.

French bread goes well with it!

We had an amazing dried fruit and nut curry. It was simmering all afternoon. A lot of work, but worth it!

Not me dinner, but saw this online. -

I had vegetarian beef tips and macaroni and cheese, washed down with peach mango green tea while the furred purrson plural had chicken crunchies and fresh Milwaukee tap water.

Homemade pad thai (the sauce had anchovy paste listed in the ingredients, so it's not completely vegetarian, but I didn't use any shellfish.) I enjoyed some diet pink lemonade and a homemade blueberry cheesecake-style pastry. The furred purrson plural had chicken shreds in a crab sauce and Milwaukee tap water, catnip-infused treats for dessert (I filled their treat balls with the crunchy treats and they batted them around for several minutes.)

Fried noodles are tasty! We had that dish recently, carefully veganized.

Gonna "nuke" some Oriental noodles with a gochujang sauce along with a vegetarian "chicken" scaloppini (will drink some lavender Earl Grey tea to go with it.) It's too late to start the Thai red curry imho.

:kitty: delegation's having chicken crunchies and Milwaukee tap water (as usual.)

Tri-veggie rotini in a chunky vegetarian tomato sauce with shredded Parmesan sprinkled over it and a CosmicCrisp apple for dessert. A diet cola washed it all down along with my medications "cocktail".

I had vegetarian chicken pad Thai with a CosmoCrisp apple for dessert, a lemon lime sparkling water to wash everything down (I also had my medications as well.)

Tonight/tomorrow night I'm going to try cannoli for dessert due to Tu B'Shevat (a mixture of chopped fruit, chocolate chips and chopped nuts stuffing a tube-shaped dessert shell.) Don't know what I'll have as an entrée...

I merged a pad Thai receipt with a stirfry receipt and washed it down with a couple of cups of a cinnamon tea blended with decaffeinated black tea. I didn't eat much to spare my system (didn't want to taste it twice iykwim.) "Dessert" was a medication "cocktail" (antihistamine with the usual quartet of pills.)

A variation of beef broccoli stir fry using fish sauce instead of oyster sauce and vegetarian "beef", peach-flavoured sparkling water and a Cara Cara orange for me, chicken crunchies and Milwaukee tap water for the :kitty:s

I'm off 'chinese' at the moment.

Simple "cheese on toast" with a selection of vegetable pickles is OK for me right now. :)
