That's the thing with predications, though, we ten to read them from our point of view. Look at Nostradamus, look at interpretations of the Book of Revelations ...

The mantle of prophecy did not fall upon me, but this is something which any human can easily understand. That is what I too have said to him, but he goes on and on like a broken record on world peace and brotherhood under the banner of Bahaollah.Hi Tony....... As I read your post I felt the mantle of prophesy descending upon my shoulders.... only just for a second or two, but descend it did.
The old badger has prophesied ....... but no blooming person three generations from now is going to blooming remember! Too busy rushing after mammon and sorting out the neighbours!

Sorry to burst your bubble but the world is getting worse, things that are wrong and were bad in older times are being accepted now, like no faithful relationships, bad vibes, problematic identity, and how people feel about each other and God. The world is getting worse not better.

It depends what one is waiting for. If you are waiting for Jesus, yes the world is very Dark.
If one has embraced the returned Christ, then the promises have already been fulfilled and the Kingdom is already built, albeit people are yet to see this and yet to participate.
Look at it like being a Christain in the first 200 years after Jesus.
Jesus has already won the victory on the cross, yet only a handful embraced the vision. It took nearly 400 years to start making a difference.
The kingdom is currently being build without the help of many Christians, but they will soon come, and the wisdom in the first will be last, will become apparent.
Matthew 20:16
16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.

For once you are correct here. The world is getting bad, irrespective of the appearance of prophets / sons / messengers / manifestations / mahdis supposed to have been sent by a fictitious God.

False. The prophecies are being fulfilled. Almighty God is omniscient, as He is aware of all.
Armageddon will come to pass, it is unavoidable, but God will send His "son" once more,
and will be triumphant .. just as Muhammad was triumphant.
Nay .. even more so .. a global era of peace will follow.
Your evidence? What do you see (in charts, graphs, statistics) when you reduce confirmation bias?
What should we look at? Murder rate? Assaults? Starvation? What criteria do you base What you see on?
I see that climate-change is a serious challenge, and has been for decades.
I see that mankind have still not "cracked it", despite the obvious signs that it has become so serious.
You seem to have more faith in the human race than me.
I see that mankind love wealth so much, that they bomb power-grids, targeting civilians.
I see that they behaved in a similar way in Syria, having no respect for human life.

All the benefits might tip in a moment if nothing is done to face the environmental question – and so far joe public simply lacks the desire to do the necessary to put the brakes on that, which is why govts. are so slow to respond to the necessity ...

From a Baha'i perspective, the Kingdom of God as promised by Jesus has already been founded, starting in 1844, but was unfortunatly rejected prior to the 1900's. Many warnings were given leading up to the first world war that did see the battle of armageddon. This was at the close of war when General Allenby took Jerusalem without a fight. (Amazing Story of faith)
So that Kingdom is now centuries away and we have been offered a Lesser Peace. It is to this lesser peace that I see world events are now pointing to. The lesser peace will only happen after the 3rd world conflict, which will culminate in that which will cause the limbs of mankind to quake.
Our cities are doomed. History shows what happens ro civilizations based on gross materialism, they conquered and fall to be laid to waste.
I like it that the Natives of Nations that were living in tune with nature lasted many 10's of thousands of years with a strong connection to the Spirit, the land, family, tribe/s and ancestors.
Yet so called advanced Civilizations rose and fell once materialism favoured a few over the good of all.
