New Messiahs

Maybe from 1 Kings 22:22 And the Lord said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.

23 Now therefore, behold, the Lord hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the Lord hath spoken evil concerning thee.

Coinsidental I found the story. The name of the king was Balak. I was reading revelation 2:12-17 and found it.

Interesting. I just see Hinduism and Buddhism as a religion. .. and I can't understand those who can not belief in a God.
Sure, Hinduism and Buddhism are religion though their format differs from the Abrahamic religions.
Hinduism allows atheism (Advaita), Buddhism allows theism (Pure Land). They are not rigid about it, preferring the middle way, saying OK, OK.
Whom should I fault? People who cannot believe in God or your intelligence?

I read a story about an Israeli king who was afraid to be defeated by other Israeli tribes and he asked a prophet to lie to the Israeli tribes.,And the prophet in the beginning did not want to do that. I can not find this story anymore. Do you perhaps know the name of this king?
If the king was, in fact, Balak as you indicated in a later post, then your description here of the incident is wrong, at least according to the Bible, starting in Numbers 22. This raises some questions. Did you read the story in the Bible, but misread, misunderstood or misremembered the story? If you read the story in the Bible was it a poor translation?

RabbiO, I won't go to Bible to read the story (I do not think it is that important), but a few words from you may help me to understand what it was all about? :)

This is the story about bileam the prophet that tought the Israelites that prostitution is a good thing. His plan worked.

I mean that science is actually the same as philosophy.
well, yes and no, mostly no. there is a subfield of philosophy called the philosophy of science. amongst other things the reasoning behind the scientific method is discussed there. there are other subfields of philosophy which are not focused on scientific endeavors but on other matters
