Plotinus

... The separation between church and state is to ensure that the church and/or religious people in society, cannot use earthly means to enforce their beliefs. People must enter the church and comply with its standards voluntarily. If they don't, the church can do nothing, and that is how is should be.

I know that it is a problem in the West, where the institution of marriage
has broken down.
The institution of marriage is quite strong in the.west. As most divorces end in marriage.

We simply respect the individuals rights, and particularly females rights more than other places.

Does your law allow multiple spouses? If so is there a limit as to how many husband's a woman can have?

I believe Muslims are allowed four wives by their religion. However the Prophet was allowed as many wives as he wanted, along with slave girls for sex

"Ibn Babawayh has narrated through authentic chains of narrators from Imam Muhammad Baqir (a.s.) that the Holy Prophet (S) married fifteen women ..."

The narrator asked Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.): “How many women were lawful for the Holy Prophet (S).” Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) replied: “As many as he liked.” https://www.al-islam.org/hayat-al-qulub-vol-2-allamah-muhammad-baqir-al-majlisi/wives-prophet-their-number-and-brief

O Prophet! surely We have made lawful to you your wives whom you have given their dowries, and those whom your right hand possesses out of those whom Allah has given to you as prisoners of war, and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts, and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who fled with you; and a believing woman if she gave herself to the Prophet, if the Prophet desired to marry her- specially for you, not for the (rest of) believers; We know what We have ordained for them concerning their wives and those whom their right hands possess in order that no blame may attach to you; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.”

Considering Plotinus was most likely a celibate, I reckon he'd be somewhat gobsmacked as to where his namesake thread has found itself! :D
