Does God really exist?

I love truth seeking and knowledge and the little taste I got from what I believe to be God was so overwhelming and such a small piece of it that I would never want to understand it and would probably die and have to reset if I did
Wisdom comes from how we use our knowledge - we have to do something.

And yet, had you bothered to look a little deeper, the contradictions are resolved.

In my experience it's usually the literalist who bangs on about contradictions, who read without insight or understanding, and speak about things they clearly have no real understanding of.

Comments like this do no no credit at all ...
As you know I'm often accused of being a literalist. Yet most of these "contradictions" are not even close to being contradictions. For example, the different family trees for Jesus. I'm certain you know of that one. So when literalists point out contradictions, I always wonder why they don't just do a simple search of these contradictions and find the obvious answers.

Yeah I saw that in the thread that contained the last straw.
So sad. It's amazing how someone can boldly claim they are closer to Jesus than anyone, yet inexplicable run around in circles of logic all day. This guy would make a terrible apostle, but a great press secretary!
