I believe Christ is not returning to find acceptance He is returning to claim His throne as king of kings. All will bow to Him and riding in a plane.. that could be any joe shmoe making an entrance... no I do not think it will cause unnecessary problems because all will know Him because He said I will return and ALL eyes will see His return.. He will return in majesty. glory and we will be in awe. Dont you agree that someone riding in such a thing as a plane would cause doubt in ppl that He was the savior of the world? When Christ returns there will be no doubts.

2 Peter 1:16-17 For we did not follow cunningly devised fables when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of His majesty. For He received from God the Father honor and glory when such a voice came to Him from the Excellent Glory: "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."

Not amongst the Faithful ... ;) (for I have flown in a plane with one of His vanguard, a ForeRunner, and I did not doubt)

Jesus does not have another forerunner(s) my dear friend. the only forerunner was John the baptist;) . you flew with John the baptist?

Hmmm. I disagree. I think the ForeRunner function (work with me here) is today fulfilled by thousands around the globe, though most certainly there could be considered to be a nucleus, or closest group.

Matthew 24:24-27 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand. Therefore if they say to you, 'Look, He is in the desert!' do not go out; or 'Look, He is in the inner rooms!' do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.

Always we are to be on guard because even the elect will be deceived. We are told to test EVERYTHING by the word of God. Not keep just bits and pieces that sound good or feel good. Ive been deceived by those that claimed to know the truth and let me tell you.. how good it sounded and there were no consequences and everyone and everything was just peachy.... I will not fall into that trap again. Because that "truth" rejected Christ as savior of man and whose blood was given for the remission of sins. I will forever in my life rebuke any such "truth" again because the answer is simple.. Christ is the way the truth and the life. He is the ONLY way to the Father.

2 Cor 11:3 But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

sighhh ... Indeed, as a thief in the night ... and I am convinced that many will still look for him long after he has come and gone. It's like that story, about the man & the flood, and his faith in God. He holds out, after the two rowboats, and even after the helicopter, insisting, God's gonna save me, God's gonna save me! When he winds up in heaven, standing before St. Peter, he's a little confused, and can't figure out why he died, so strong was his faith! "Why didn't God save me?" he asks. But St. Pete looks back at him and says, What do ya mean, we sent two boats and a helicopter!" ;)

I think Christ moves among us now. The signs aren't difficult to discern. Perhaps those who are silent, are saying much more ... than those who go about shouting. :)

i am seeing that the same way. i cant say i have ever been deceievd in that way but i can relate to some others who got into some things that were not in the Word. i think it is important to check with Word also to make sure it is in there.:)
(then i must consider i was raised in a church that made sure we did not get out alive without knowing the Word & comparing the Word to other religions) after we grew up, we were on our own.

I believe I was blessed by my backslide.. lol because apostacy is so apparent to me in its many forms. I see it everywhere and call it by name. Ive been there and done that.. noones telling me anything I havent heard already. Im so grateful that I was grounded in my faith early on so that I could come so easily when I was called to return. I also have learned the difference between intelligence and wisdom in my journey.. Im not so worried about seeming smart and learned in my converse with others.. Its all about wisdom isnt it. :)

yes very true , Jesus is the one that Jehovah is using to get things back right again.
For he must rule as king until [God] has put all enemies under his feet. 26 As the last enemy, death is to be brought to nothing. 27 For [God] "subjected all things under his feet." But when he says that ‘all things have been subjected,’ it is evident that it is with the exception of the one who subjected all things to him. 28 But when all things will have been subjected to him, then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him, that God may be all things to everyone. 1 corinthians 15;25-28

i think that happens as well. because Jesus is creating a testimony in us. one way to really be sure is to get burned a couple of times. so keep stirring the Noodles.
i am far from the intellectual communist zone as well. wisdom is what it is going to take & that comes from the journey. knowledge will vanish & pass away.
there is a bit of prodigal son in us all, & for a good reason i think.:)

I had a dream somewhile ago. In this dream, I was in a city, a big city. I was driving my car around this city. Finally I come upon a goverment/state building to my right side of my car. The building was like the Congress Building in Austin, TX. Then I saw a message in the clouds saying:

"Jesus is Coming. For Jesus is never wrong."

Dream ended.

My guess is Jesus is coming soon. When? I don't know. Only Father knows.

Jesus is most certainly coming back and when He does every eye will see Him. The bible tells us so. :)

i think its better to look to the bible than dreams ,then we can SEE with the eye of understanding
