It was from Texasville, the sequal to The Last Picture Show, performed by Pat Benatar Hell is For Children (in case it's taken down.) She (allegedly) composed the song after encountering either an article or a television programme on child abuse.

We (my wife and myself) listen* to the song competitions on TV. They are in two categories, Adults and Pre-teens. We have a veritable mine of excellent singers. All states in India has excellent traditions of music and learning music is very much appreciated.
* I can't listen, hard of hearing. I ask my wife as to what song is being sung. I note the quality of singing of the singer by expression on the face of listners.
