Circumcision of the heart, as mentioned in Romans 2:292 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
and...
16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

King James Version: John: John Chapter 10
Okay, I understand the first part. But how do the other sheep hear the Good Shepherd's voice?
Read Romans chapter 2, especially verses 14-16, and verse 29.Are there people in other religions who have heard the voice?
There are threads from other religions on the Belief and Spirituality Board which talk about "what is it to hear?" You might want to consider if this is in line with Romans chapter 2, keeping in mind verse 11: "For there is no partiality with God."
Read Jeremiah 31:31-34. Notice how there will be an end to people saying, "know God," because everyone will know God, and have the Law written on their hearts. It speaks of the time when the work of witnessing is completed. Will everyone eventually become Christians?
What's The Law written on their hearts?
Matt 22:36-40 said:36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”
37 Jesus said to him, “ ‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
