God’s firstborn Son, who later became the man Jesus, is in his Father’s image. (2Co 4:4) so he is like God, but there is only one most high as psalm 83;18 tells us.

yes the God of the bible tells us that there is only one most high and that is Jehovah psalm 83;18 and this most high told us to listen to Jesus .
(Luke 9:35) And a voice came out of the cloud, saying: "This is my Son, the one that has been chosen. Listen to him."
Look! Also, there was a voice from the heavens that said: "This is my Son, the beloved, whom I have approved." matthew 3;17 knowing who this true God is leads to everlasting life. and knowing who Jesus christ is leads to everlasting life John 17;3 taking in knowledge about Jehovah and his son Jesus is the way to go .

Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I [am] the first, and I [am] the last; and beside me [there is] no God. -- Isa. 44:6

i do know where you are going with this i have seen it all before :) i would like to also say that when the name of the most high has not been taken out of the inspired scriptures we dont need to wonder who it is talking about.
Who has been active and has done [this], calling out the generations from the start?​

This is what Jehovah has said, the King of Israel and the Repurchaser of him, Jehovah of armies, ‘I am the first and I am the last, and besides me there is no God. ..isaiah 44;6
Listen to me, O Jacob, and you Israel my called one. I am the same One. I am the first. Moreover, I am the last. ..isaiah 48;12...........and lets not forget this one,
(Revelation 1:8) "I am the Al´pha and the O·me´ga," says Jehovah God, "the One who is and who was and who is coming, the Almighty."
And he said to me: "They have come to pass! I am the Al´pha and the O·me´ga, the beginning and the end. To anyone thirsting I will give from the fountain of the water of life free. revelation 21;6
I am the Al´pha and the O·me´ga, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. revelation 22;13.............................
all of those verses are refering to the most high Jehovah. but the verse in revelation1;17
And when I saw him, I fell as dead at his feet.​
And he laid his right hand upon me and said: "Do not be fearful. I am the First and the Last
is refering to Jesus being the first to be resurrected to life by Jehovah, and he will be the last because anymore resurrections will be done by Jesus . notice the following verse says ,
the One who became dead but is now living forever and ever and who has the keys of death and of Hades. He is therefore the resurrected Jesus Christ.
(John 5:21) For just as the Father raises the dead up and makes them alive, so the Son also makes those alive whom he wants to.​

(John 6:40) For this is the will of my Father, that everyone that beholds the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him at the last day."
(John 11:25) Jesus said to her: "I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life;.............yes Jesus has been given the keys of death and hades so he will unlock things by resurrecting ones to life . but it was Jehovah that gave Jesus life again, Jesus was the first and the last to be resurrected by Jehovah.
(Acts 2:24) But God resurrected him by loosing the pangs of death, because it was not possible for him to continue to be held fast by it.
(Acts 3:15) whereas you killed the Chief Agent of life. But God raised him up from the dead, of which fact we are witnesses.
(Ephesians 1:20) with which he has operated in the case of the Christ when he raised him up from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places,.................... Yes ,Jesus was given imortal life in the heavens , but Jesus has been given great aurthority , he has the keys of death and hades .

Wonderful! So then you wouldnt have a problem explaining to me how you understand the rest of what I was gonna say in your own words. Who is the First and the Last, Mee? Is Jesus the Alpha and Omega or isnt He? What does the Bible say? Who hath wrought and done [it], calling the generations from the beginning? my answer to that is how do you mistake the one and only God as triune , preconcieved ideas cloud peoples thoughts.
