An idea... Anyone else out there like making random images? Thought we could all share our images... Only one rule really.... You HAVE to have made it... Oh and yea, I guess it has to be in harmony to a degree lol with the CoC..... Saying that here are a few of my latests..... ;) Look forward to seeing what you guys come up with....

Cool!! I would not know where to begin doing that stuff. I like "Lite" and "Angel Wings" best :)
 
I guess I should have said "good", not "nice". Although some are nice, that description is kind of vanilla. Actually they are all pretty good.

(I'll be quiet now.)

Impressive artwork. Are you into photography? Do you also work with canvas, oils, etc. (or other mediums)? If so, do you find that color theory is very different when creating for the computer screen? How about the methods of portraying or capturing light? Just wondering....

Hey I think your wings are my favourite. Sorry I can't join in but I have less artistic ability than a slug.

Yes into photogaphy. Yup work with anything :D In reference to light, with photography I modify quite a lot. And it does depend greatly on what you are trying to capture as I will distort light, darken it, or lighten it... Depends on what mood I am grasping for.

Oil is one of my favourites.... You can make such stunning images, where when looking upon them you see the colours clash into one another and then softly blend.. I also like the texture of oils.... And the mess :D

Colours on a computer screen is quite hard... For example Most of the digital work I make is here at work, this LCD screen is like 5 years old... It's worn and not getting any younger, most of my work has to be modified when I go home... As I then notice errors. Also art on computer changes from person to person as all screens are not setup the same.

Everyone has artistic ability, most just do not realise it, yet.

Yes seriously, the feathery ones on the blue background I would hang on my living room wall or over my bed - they are gorgeous and I would pay good money for a picture that makes me think.

I really am sorry I can't join in but I am one of those heathens that doesn't understand art and either "like it or don't". Well the world would be a boring place if we were all the same. I would not be brave enough to hang the others in my home as they make me feel scared but for an artist that must be a good thing - you want people to feel your art do you not?

You are really very talented - do you sell your art? Are they all computer generated or do you also work in "other mediums" (is that the arty term? lol).
 
As I said to Inlove I work with basically anything and everything. I have done airbrushing for body work on Motorbikes/cars Done oil paintings of sceneic country side, used chalk and charcol to show great stary stary nights :) Used a scrap car to make a sculpture of a dragon heh, sits watching over (protecting) my back yard... If you can make an image with it, I'll use it. I have also using digital art made t-shirts and leaflets for some church for orphans in america lol I made them about a year back, I think it was in Arizona... That was a great feeling to see all these kids wearing t-shirts with an image I made on it... Quite the buzz. Again the gentleman asked how much in payment I wanted, but I could never charge for anything.... It is a form of beauty ;) Beauty is free. I love doing requests and things, because at times obviously your ideaas run dry, and then someone just jogs something into your mind and it's purley for enjoyment.... I am a material person, but I, just don't charge people for my art lol....

Could you tell this technophobe how to reduce a picture enough to allow to post it here. Also do you know of any decent free software I could find online to start me playing with images?

That is a lovely attitude but I fear does not pay the bills or make your art popular (ie take it to the masses)? Not going to chop your ear off or anything daft are you? Could you not get an online gallery, that would get your work seen by so many and I really think your work deserves a BIG audience.
