Yes, it's the opening for The Greatest American Hero (a show that ran between 1981 and 1983.) William Katt, Robert Culp and Connie Sellecca were the only cast members be in the entire series (I believe.)

I chose this over a video about a dog the had to be removed from their previous home due to horrific abuse (the crew from Kritter Klub brought in the evidence to the local police.)
