Don't know where I got it from. Maybe someone can tell me.
But somewhere along the line someone said THINK before you speak. I thought it valuable to teach my children. Could be valuable here.
You know I don't follow it all the time, and that is my problem to work on.
But I think THINK before you post would be handy. And you know I don't follow that all the time, another thing for me to work on and everyone to assist in reminding me.

THINK before you speak (or post) If it doesn't meet the all five criteria, consider whether it is worthy to put forth and why.
Every encounter we have with anyone either builds them up (raises them in consciousness or self esteem) or tears them down. Very few encounters are neutral. If we'd like a better world for us all to exist in, what would be more beneficial than raising our brothers and sisters self worth? And what would be the benefit to our world of deriding them?
I think this applies to all our encounters, be they physical or virtual, be they words, actions or posts.
It isn't an order, I don't have that authority. But what are your thoughts?
