You use the above link to go to the emoticon album, right click on the smiley you want to use and click "copy image location" (if using firefox,) or click "properties" and copy the url from the property box, then paste the url between [noparse]

You can copy the coding to direct link to the WTF smiley in the post with the link to the emoticon album.
