If you're going to do laundry, please put on a pair of pants over your boxer shorts. I don't want or need to know what they look like.

You're lucky that I'm an adult; several other neighbors have their grandkids over to visit, and some are not adults.

Just had a very loud conversation with some jerk in the corporate office of my wife's former employer. Apparently her dismissal came down from the very top. No doubt as I've suspected all along, an ill-conceived cost cutting measure to get rid of the higher paid older managers. Her 1st assistant was also let go today. He's 2 years older than my wife and has been with the company for over 10 years.

Same excuse they gave my wife, not following the company's coupon acceptance policy, claiming the items purchased didn't match what was printed on the coupon. Here's the thing though, said coupon was properly scanned and accepted by the register. Here's a clip from the company's own website, outlining their coupon acceptance guidelines.

That's what prompted our loud discussion. Got nowhere of course, but at least I gave them a good piece of my mind. What little I have left. Kind of felt good...:D

I'm not sure if this is a dangerous situation, but I found a fooking deluge of what I ass/u/me was water coming from the bathroom exhaust fan. It's not the first time, either. Consider me not a "happy camper" here.

:kitty:s are obligate carnivores. You have lost custody of several that you've tried to "teach" how to be fooking vegan. You're d@mn lucky not to be incarcerated for animal cruelty.

I didn't "drop a dime" on you this time, especially since there's a note on file that you aren't allowed to have a :kitty:, even temporarily. Oh, and PETA doesn't "believe" in having companion animals of any kind. Make up your bloody mind about your beliefs on this subject and leave me alone.

Our previous "Kitty" the one Aussie dubbed mountain lion, was semi-vegetarian. He was about 13 weeks when we got him and the runt of the litter. He was much smaller than average and I wanted to bulk him up, so I started feeding him ground mixed vegetables. In less than a month he was much bigger than average and at 7 months the vet mistook him for full grown, commenting that he was the most muscular cat he'd ever seen.

He ate other things besides mixed vegetables like chicken and fish, no red meat at our house, but if given the choice, always ate his veggies first. Our "Jackie" on the other hand is strictly a kibble and chicken man, with an occasional taste of fish thrown in for good measure.

True, but both the "mountain lion" and "Jackie" eat/ate flesh along with plant-based items. "Brain-dead" refuses to get anything that came from a member of the animal kingdom for any pet/"pet". The first time I came across one of her :kitty:s, they were pretty much starving until I brought over a tin of tuna (they almost ate the fooking tin along with the fish!) Obligate carnivores can/do eat plants, but have to eat meat/fish.

The only species that I can think of offhand that was once carnivorous but is now vegetarian/vegan is the Panda (but I could be mistaken,) and it took generations to evolve, if not millenia (correct me if I'm wrong.)

Do not jump the curb, run into a lamp post, crush the bike attached to it and knock the lamp post to the ground, and then try driving away until a crowd of people blocks your car on all sides until the police arrive.

It shouldn't take a group effort for someone to admit when they made a mistake and own up to it!

That's alright, luv. Home now. Wrapped up last night. Man, schedules, deadlines, numskull producers. On the bright side, got Christmas covered. More non-stick fry pans, air-fryers, L E D torches and other as-seen-on tv muck than you can shake a stick at! -:p

If you're running low on funds, do not offer to treat me to something from Starbucks! Especially if you've just gotten off the telephone with your caseworker, asking for more funds for this weekend! (I was sitting across from the person in question during the conversation.)

I can survive another day without a double matcha latte with half sugar/half sucralose and whipped cream. I refuse to be Paul who was paid by robbing Peter.

When I tell you the date and time of my biopsy, trust me to know what the helloandhowdoyoudo I'm talking about. Moreso if I call you later on the day of the fooking biopsy, asking where the fook you were. I was lucky that one of my caseworkers scheduled me for three hours (she stayed with me as much as possible without actually going into the ultrasound and the mammogram rooms.) Since it happened inside a hospital, your diagnosis of epilepsy is not an excuse!

My caseworker was grateful for the Korean sweet noodle bowl that I gave her (it's going to be one of her lunches during final exams.) Too bad she isn't staying at the agency...

Some friendly advice for my local electric company. I'm glad you accept online payment and thank you for pointing out that I can save the price of a stamp by doing so. However, that's not much incentive when you charge a $3 convenience fee for making your job easier!!!:mad:

I once had a gas company that charged me $37 to transport $0.02 cents of gas I used one month. They also had an online convenience fee, although it was only $2.

I'm not interested in your BS/MS/PhD concerning health insurance. I'm "on the dole", so I'm familiar with what I can and cannot have insurance-wise, plus I have three preexisting conditions. I don't think that your current clients would want me in their "pot".

Do not put unwashed/poorly washed cookware in with clean/unused cookware! Cross contamination can occur, especially salmonella/listeria/other types of food poisoning!

Before anyone asks, no, she doesn't believe in using hot water for washing dishes plus she sometimes uses too much soap and other times little to none. And the people at my "bank" wonder why I hate dealing with her. Next time I might just go around my apartment in my birthday suit in protest!
