Where did you see my picture? This is not me. I still have some hair on my head. I wear smaller spectacle. I don't have a nose that prominent. I am a bit like a dreamer.

That is not a mountain but a pyramid showing the effect of age. I am that. I was always proud of my nose. Wanted a broader fore-head, now I have more than what I ever wished for.
