"You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." So declared Jesus as he was teaching the multitudes in the temple in Jerusalem. (John 8:32) Jesus’ apostles could readily identify Jesus’ teachings as the truth. They had seen abundant evidence of their teacher’s divine origin. and so it is with me , abundant evidence that Jehovahs witnesses have the truth.
Jesus christ was accused of being a drunkard, a glutton, a Sabbath breaker, a false witness, a blasphemer of God, and a messenger of Satan. He was also accused of being subversive.—Matthew 9:34; 11:19; 12:24; 26:65; John 8:13; 9:16; 19:12.
The fact that people said these things did not make them true. the same way that Jehovahs witnesses are acused of being a cult. even though this is not true ,back in Jesus day many were led to believe many things about Jesus but it was not true. and where did the untruths come from? oh yes, the so called religious leaders.
 
Jehovah raised Jesus from death, providing a comforting guarantee that people in God’s memory will be resurrected. (John 5:28, 29) What a blessed reason to hope in Jehovah!

True, but they did not have Jesus Christ as Lord. Are you saying that other Christians are equal to pharisees?

He feels that because obviously that is what he faith teaches him. It's fairly simple... There is only a small group that is to be accepted into paradise and also a smaller "flock" into heaven... and these are people that go by the guidelines set down, you obviously do not follow their ways right? So you don't LIVE by the truth. Thats the key here I think.

those religious leaders in Jesus day claimed to worship the true God, but they did not recogonize Gods chosen one . so it is now , christendom claims to worship the God of the bible , but do not recognize Gods chosen ones, and they dont recogonize fullfilled bible prophecy regarding Jesus kingship . Daniel 7;13-14 not recognizing Jesus kingship in 1914 means rejecting Jesus and Gods kingdom ............ in these last days true knowledge is becoming abundant daniel 12;4 . Jehovahs witnesses are the only ones who recogonize fullfilled bible prophecy, and welcoming Jesus as Gods king is the way to go .REVELATION 7;9-10 My vote is in and my symbolic palm branch is in my hand to welcome this newly crowded king . yes its all happening in this time of the end , the start of the last days was 1914 and we are now well along into bible prophecy , and very shortly Jesus will go into action , and i know whos side i am on .

be fair and post the scripture that says christ raised himself, and the scriptures that say the spirit raised christ, they are in the bible.

you are right to say a smaller flock will go to heaven ,(144,000) that is what the bible teaches. but the bible also teaches that there will be a GREAT CROWD that will listen to Jesus voice, and these will be from all nations and tribes of the earth. they are known as other sheep,
And I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; those also I must bring, and they will listen to my voice, and they will become one flock, one shepherd. JOHN 10;16 so in REVELATION 7;9-10 they are looking to Jehovah God and his son Jesus christ , and they are a GREAT CROWD. they are being gathered right now and the gathering goes on . this GREAT CROWD is without number so we do not know how many it will be . but it is GREAT.

was it not the religious leaders of Jesus day that had Jesus put to death, because they did not accept he was Gods son . Jesus fulfilled all of the prophecies and did many powerful works, but no they did not think he was Good enough........... very proud indeed they were. it is the same today, the religious leaders , will not recognize fullfilled bible prophecy about Jesus kingship, and they certainly do not recognize those who uphold it . they lead their flocks away from truth , when Jesus was put to death it was because of the religious leaders stirring up the crowds that they were asking for Jesus death . its the same to day its the relgious leaders that do not like the truth spoken by Jehovahs witnesses, they would like nothing better than to stop the truth being made known , the book of revelation involves Gods people in the last days , and the preaching work was put out of action when the brothers were put in prison, and religious leaders had a very big part in this unfair thing that went on , but these things had to happen because bible prophecy ALWAYS comes true . and the preaching about the established heavenly kingdom is now revived indeed. we are now well along in this time of the end . and many uncoverings and revealing are going on for Gods people.

sometimes when people say that Jehovahs people think they will be the only ones to be saved , it comes over as if we think we are better than others, but Jehovahs people have come out of all the nations of the earth , the only difference is that we are putting ourselves on the side of Jehovah and his reigning king Jesus christ, and in these last days Jesus is feeding the faithful ones spoken of in MATTHEW 24;45-47 to be fed by Jesus and these faithful ones is the way to go , that is the only difference . this feeding program will lead this great crowd to everlasting life . it is for the curing of the nations.
And he showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, flowing out from the throne of God and of the Lamb 2 down the middle of its broad way. And on this side of the river and on that side [there were] trees of life producing twelve crops of fruit, yielding their fruits each month. And the leaves of the trees [were] for the curing of the nations.revelation 22;1-2................... Jehovahs people are not better than anyone else , but they are allowing themselves to be fed by Jesus .

Sorry? christ raised himself? I think 1st Peter 3:18 is pretty niffty what say you blazn? I hope that is the one I am thinking of lol.... My bible references are rusty...

of course the father raised jesus as well, but your jw slant on topics always disregards the son and the spirit, but fact is the father, son, and holy spirit all raised jesus christ.
