    Mary as Co-Savior?

What is your point? So the NT fulfills the OT, and the OT prefigures the NT. That doesn't change the fact that all Grace comes from Christ's death (John 1:17, Romans 5:12 - 21, Romans 1:4-5 Rev 1:4) so if these sacrifices gave any Grace then they received it from Christ's sacrifice...

    Mary as Co-Savior?

It is probably also important to note that this isn't an official title but Pope John Paul the Great did use it in encyclicals.

    Gentle Religious Humor

Jesus was walking down a street in Palestine when he came upon an angry mob that was about to stone a young girl. Jesus walked into the crowed and gave his now famous let he who has never sinned cast the first stone speech. When he was finished the crowed began to feel horrible for their...

Should the Catholic church just Die Quietly?

Amen The most important thing to remember is that the Catholic Church can't change its beliefs. Many non-Catholics and even Catholics don't realize this. A faithful Catholic believes that the world will end before the Catholic Church teaches falsehood. In the mind of a Catholic for the...

    Mary as Co-Savior?

I'll try to explain Mary as co-redemptrix the best I can. The first thing you have to understand is that for Catholics Mary is the perfect Christian and is the perfect example of how to be a disciple of Christ so many titles are given to her to be examples to all of us. So with that in mind...

    Do angels have free will?

I think angels did have free will but they have a nature in which they won't go back on the original decision they made and since this original decision was to either support God or Reject him then they don't really have it anymore.

How much of the Nicene Creed to you agree to?

What ever the Father does the Son and the Holy Spirit because they always work in unison so yes the Son and Holy Spirit helped but it is attributed to the Father just like salvation is attributed to the Son even though the Father played just as big a role in it.

How much of the Nicene Creed to you agree to?

through the son is implied it's rejected by them because the council of Nicea said only an authority equal to a ecumenical council could change it and they don't believe Papal primacy has that much authority or in any council after the schism.

    Visions of Hell

No hell isn't explicitly mentioned in the OT (scripture) I meant the OT as the old covenant before the Salvation of Christ. Kind of like how John the Baptist isn't mentioned in the OT but he is a last of the OT prophets the distinction between Sheol and Hell is made in the parable of the Rich...

    Visions of Hell

Hell is a state of complete separation from God. So if this takes place somewhere then that place is Hell. As far as Christians are concerned it is the place of the unrighteous dead Jesus spoke of. In the OT the righteous went to Sheol and the unrighteous went to hell. Now those who would...

    The Apocrypha
