Hi serenegirl from Texas. That is a very big state you've got there. I actually traveled through the edge of Dallas about 10 years ago but could not stop to see the sights. It was part of a very exciting journey however. I traveled from Los Angeles to Eastern North Carolina, largely on interstate I-40. Drove through Memphis, TN and Elvis was there. Man, I wanted to stop so many times along the way, but I couldn't. The point is, Texas is a very big place and welcome to the forum.
