Been a While - A few Questions

Where ever you go there you are. An ideal state of being is where you are in life. It's not a particular state of being but what we must accomplish in that state.

Is anybody keeping track of our level of spirituality. Does it matter to anyone besides ourselves.

Ok. So that means the equanimity of knowing that, whatever is happening, that God is here and knows and understands and that all is as it should be? Not only that however, but experiencing 'peace of mind' in actual fact? No matter what happens?

Yes. And isn't that the most ancient wisdom of all: as I change, so does my world?

That's true for everyone. It's like when I'm looking for this, I find this but not where I expected, and when I find what I find unsatisfactory, the entire structure and world around me changes, and then there's times when I'm satisfied, but then comes the discontent, leading me further up and further into more changes.

I guess if I always viewed life as an adventure, as if its more of a game or quest to get to where I truly belong, Id come to know where my heart is, my treasure will be also, so in that sense, I'm a treasure hunter, on a rainbow venture to find my "pot of gold".

The fires are raging, refining and reaping, dividing and keeping the best of what's to be. As for me and my personal soul search and self discovery, I'm learning to not settle for the metal to be divided from what's saved after its all been completed. That's my personal self refinement, not another's refinement of which I want no control. The question I guess isn't a question at all, but rather a realization of what will make me happy both during and after it all ...

It increases either way … Umm, the way the world changes around me anyway.

Now when I hurt a person with good intentions towards me, it hurts me so much I can't bear it. A few irritable words: the damage is so bad ...

Sensitivity and heart … Sometimes I wish I could apply that "understanding" to life and others more. It can be difficult sometimes never knowing where another is coming from, or why, or how they even got to be that way.

Is that rhetorical? What IS the ideal state of being?

Great question! Yet another for me to "chew on" as I go. What IS the ideal state of being? I guess that depends on where I want to be. What will it take to get me there, and in the moment enjoy the journey? Geesh … You all are making me think like I like to think, and I don't just think it I know it.

#107 "Sing it with me, sing for the years, sing for the laughter, sing for the tears"

… Isn't that all we truly have? Moments in time to treasure or not?

Is it possible to be satisfied, having no further want or desre?

Health and happiness, moments to treasure, a journey of where we are - to embrace and treasure the moments we have - to make the most of each moment or not. I've always heard that life is what we make it, and if it increases either way, then there's much to think about even more to understand and know, then onward we go which ever way we go to increase what we know or wish to further know, ya know?

In previous years I embraced the search as if my life depended on answers to questions, nowadays I'm happy to be alive.

Sometimes we gotta increase the heat, to find the best part of where we are, wherever we go ...to refine our soul no matter where we go.

In previous years I embraced the search as if my life depended on answers to questions, nowadays I'm happy to be alive.

I love the insight and the way you present it. That's life right? Happiness … is that the truth? This Just in … Feel more pleasure … Feels a lot like family to me.

Something you lack that you need to be the kind of person you want to be? If you think you need then you need something but is that something always what you think you need? Yes and no. Depends on what you think you need to be the "kind" of person you want to be. Life is definitely a journey... No matter where you go, there you are

"Which way should I go" she asked. "Depends on where you want to be" He said. "It doesn't really matter" she replied. "Then it doesn't matter which way you go" he said.
