Is freewill real or just something we invented it ?

I cannot see what neuroscience has to do with whether we have a choice to lie or not. :)
Why wouldn't it? Brains and nervous systems are the tools of decision, as it were.
Neuroscience is about trying to understand how those systems work
When they talk about whether or not free will exists, those who oppose the theory of free will are usually basing their argument on something they have learned about the brain and the decision making process. I don't really agree with their conclusions, but obviously, as the brain is the "organ of decision" then neuroscience has absolutely everything to do with it. Why wouldn't it? 🧐 🤔

Neuroscience arguments in addition to philosophical arguments.
I'm more inclined towards "free will" myself, in that I observe that people can make decisions and could do otherwise
But I am well aware that many oppose this view and have a lot of philosophical and neurosciencey type info they feel supports them.

I'm not a handicap but God gives you that strength and if you want he will give it. Pray for you, you can save your family and you do what you want. Do it now because the world is gonna change again. And you better do things now then later regret !!!
I'm not sure i understand what you are saying here. What does your status as having, or not having, a disability, have to do with your argument?

I just do what Locke does and no matter continue to srtive to be better and work hard. See that Lightwithin that you need to do to have that will to want to do what Jesus does and what he tells us to do his will !

Something very powerful and I know many don't udnerstand because they do not love and want to go further for the Lord.

Please wait in a couple of days I finsih freewill found the things I need and have done the important things in life and in the end of this conversation here in this thread you will find why he sent you lightwithin and discover your purpose and how you can do it ! This all about what mission he gave you and how to find it. It is hard but God did give each and everyone a reason why he sent ya. I know how you can find yours and when I finish you will know by yourself and God will give it. Pray for it Lightwithin.

Where is reincarnation believed?
  • Hinduism: A core tenet of Hinduism, reincarnation is also known as the transmigration of souls.
Don't generalize anything in multi-colored Hinduism. I am an atheist Hindu, and I do not believe in birth, death or reincarnation. And it is a erfectly valid thought in 'Advaita' (non-dual) Hinduism.
I was never born, I will never die, so no need for reincarnation. I am Brahman, the stuff that constitutes the universe and all things in it.
Reincarnation is not the core tenet of Hinduism. The core tenet in Hinduism is performance of one's duties ('dharma').

Babylon in it's time was by nature the strongest civilization and the other ones were destroyed any one who challenge babylon was punish.
I hope you have historical evidence to support it and not just what is mentioned in a particular book.
There have been many civilizations and rulers who have just been as cruel as your supposed cruelty of Babylonians.

The bible says it he knows who you are and before he sent you he knew you. Who you were in heaven is mystery and you don't know. And now it's time that their no more lies in your life and you don't want to be an animal, you don't want to a car, you wanna be the person you were before he sent you here?
'Bible says'. Does that matter to a non-Christian? Nobody sent me. My father and mother created me.

Tell me why did they create you ? Because of love ?

Do your parents know why they want things really or did they tell ya everything ? Guess what God created all of us. He did have special thing and you say i'm gonna ask please apology did not wish to offend you. Good friend do you really know who you are ? Just asking ? Do you know really what you want and you achieve your dream fo what you want please tell me.

People God told us when we were heaven what mission he wanted us to do and here many have said what's their purpose in life.

We start with true love and one where a couple have said it was meant to be and another that we identify they were said by God to be together forever in love that is a good thing.

The first one is biblical and it Abraham and Sarah you see that no couple was emant to be together that their union was the plan of God and their purpose thanks to their seed. A nation will exist and Jesus was gonna come out of it !

Then from the of ancient times real world comes

Queen Victoria and Prince Albert
Their marriage was initially politically motivated, but they developed a deep love for each other over time. They were meant to be with each other.

and another

Joséphine de Beauharnais and Napoleon Bonaparte
Joséphine was Napoleon's first wife, and some say she was his true love.

This are some stories about them how they found the plan of God and now about some that found their purpose and why God sent them that are not true love.

Biblically found are John the baptist he knew he was sent by God and when Jesus came to him John baptized him know he was God and said he was not worthy and wanted to him to baptzied him but Jesus told him what prophecy said must be fulfilled big important thing there.

Next Moses he knew God sent him to this world to save his people and knew why his purpose. God does reveal to his prophet the plan personally when he talks to them we see in the bible.

People in modern times I will say Doug Batchelor a man who was in sin and God made hims turn his way.

Billy Graham were people who knew God sent them here and knew what plan God had for them.

Not all are the same God has a diffrent plan for each but all together is his plan.

Matthew 19:11-21

11 But Jesus said, "Not everyone is mature enough to live a married life. It requires a certain aptitude and grace. Marriage isn't for everyone.

12 Some, from birth seemingly, never give marriage a thought. Others never get asked - or accepted. And some decide not to get married for kingdom reasons. But if you're capable of growing into the largeness of marriage, do it."

Perhaps is not to find the true love but wait and you will meet him/her you will see god sent you here not becuase to find the one you want because he has her or him in heaven and sent you to do something to save the life of a person and when you comeback she/him will be waiting for your return we are not all the same and they are different destinies for everyone.

Because of hormones, and because evolution put pleasure in that process.
What is there to tell? They were married and coming of children is not a surprise. They had two more after me.
That is exactly what I told to my wife when she informed me that she is pregnant - "Well, that is good. Be happy about it".
That is how we welcomed our first child, a daughter.
I do not even believe in existence of any God. I know extremely well what I am. I am a combination of molecules.
I want nothing other than to be able to see my elder grandson married and children of my grandchildren before I die.
Basically, I want to die as a great-grandpa. Good if it happens in my life time, no harm if it happens after I kick off.
I am cool about it.

No .. it is more a case of talking at cross purposes.

It is similar to the argument about whether we are responsible for our actions.
I say "yes, we sure are" .. but of course, there are those with diminished responsibility as well.

..but we can't have it both ways..
eg. we are safe enough to drive, but we have no free will to make decisions. o_O

Rabbio you don't speak for aupmanyav, he can speak on his own i'm sure he did not ask you to do that and he has of a mind of his own. Please Rabbio let others talk not you people don't want you to talk for them. I did not say in a disrespective form I ask him in a pyschological how he parents decided and actually said not to offend on the message rabbio.

I ask him if he does know why his parents and he has told he can say what he wants he has freewill to decide and I respect it and you should too. That's it Rabbio you have accused me and your wrong and I see you keep doing it. In 2. You say I crossed the line when your here trying to make look wrong and get me look as I have gun and signal the whole group i'm a monster or a dictator and to hang me or torch me ! :O

No Rabbio no ! You done wrong and you wish to do wrong and here your just doing the same old thing members of the forum know your doing things again and again just point fingers here and do something malevolent wanting to get banned me when you just twisitng my words.

I have stated freewill biblically I have used the bible and it is true. God did gave us to choose and to do good or bad. And here you trying to demonized me when you don't realize God is the one who says we can use his literature he said we can use his word and go search bible you will see God did gave gentiles the chance to know of God and he told eunuchs and Isaiah that they can keep thy sabbath even though they were gentiles. No, Rabbio you do not represent Judaism your just one man and you don't have athourity to speak for all them i'm sure they won't give it to you Rabbio. And all it's literature and it words talking in the word of God was given by God almighty. He gave it to all his children and we are all his chidlren. It belongs to to you Rabbio not you ! He gave so all of us can have it and it is not right that you tell others they can talk about the word of God and you do this.

Also rabbio you critic my typos you have them two. I see in your message typos please correct them.

2) In your response, it seems to me, you crossed the line from disagreeing and presenting your views to preaching and proselytizing. Thoseare. Ot welcome on the forum. I'm sure Ot was not welcome.

i'm talking about freewill and pyscological way and I do say respect in the discussion and talk about the impossible and why God gives us the path he chose us and he chose you to be jewish you know your from the tribe of Judea and perhaps you have a job perhaps good brother you were not meant to be a scribe, an engineer, or perhaps a filmaker maybe he wanted you to be someone else I do not know your job but I tell ya something it is not this you persecute me he does not want this. Rabbio God is love and he wants all to love each and everyone of us. I see love is not your strong and do reccomend you find you because you just judge and judge. You should try to love maybe you can go be messianic jew will help ya Rabbio change perspective you see us gentiles don't have an easy life and you have many advantages that you use for wrong. Really look for God's way don't say this and if you wanna real accused not for this, not for this good talk were all having and perhaps we are finding the purpose and secret of why and that he gave us all a secret part of him that God gave us from heaven love is and finding secrets he gave us about life and God that one day we will find their is nothing wrong with it for God wants us to finds those things.
