Fictionalize Yourself

Just returned from Madison, leaving several members of the "clan" behind (they're staying either in the Capitol itself, with a family or in Circus's "base".) Those staying with either Circus or with a family are doing chores, including cooking for as many as they need to (several hosts are grateful to have extra help in exchange for the extra beds/trouble, especially those who are housing Kei, Suoh, Mamaru, Alberto and countless others I can't name offhand.) Circus has promised a nice performance after this fiasco ends to repay those who opened their homes and/or their wallets (to feed those protesting on either side.) They are broadcasting, via Daiba, to Iceland since one of the donators is from there.

On the :kitty: front, Tovarish is in the doghouse. She's already broken a couple of slats on the brand new blinds (found out when I got home.) I can't wait to get the spray bottle I was promised (a quick spritz of hot sauce diluted in a water solution on the blinds, then, after washing it out thoroughly with soapy water, filling it with clean water.) I should also pick up a nice and stable :kitty: tree with a spring loaded :kitty: toy (might take her fuzzy mind off the blinds' cords.) The rest of the :kitty:s are "practicing" their "act" for the Circus presentation (the jungle gyms are getting a good workout along with a :kitty: wheel [courtesy of "Kuroda's workshop"].)

Gotta go. Roy Mustang's host has a question about how Roy's able to light a fire without any visible means and I don't want to disclose who the alchemist is to the general public.

Just got back from a clothing/toiletries run (some of the guys were extremely grateful since they were beginning to get a tad "ripe" shall we say?) and Kei's hosts were a bit worried about him. I'm not positive, but I believe the poor guy's OCD and his brain's misfiring wildly. I gave him several puzzle books ranging from crossword puzzles to logic problems to sudoku along with a few pencils (he carries a few pens with him, but I thought he might want pencils for some of the puzzles.) I also introduced him to a variation of 99 Bottles of Beer on the Wall (99 Baggies of Nip on the Wall, which he introduced to the others) I promised him that he can look at the :kitty:s at the Humane Society later on if he wants, too.

This whole situation is just insane. Daiba's staying in his command center, Mamoru's relying on others to guide him because the only canes he has are sword canes (which are illegal to bring into government buildings due to being concealed weapons, plus he might succumb to the temptation to use one on somebody, which would cause him to be arrested for murder.) I just go back and forth, accepting rides whenever possible, taking the hired autobusses when I can't join a carpool, making due otherwise.

Just thought you guys would like an update. Right now, tabbies & co. are demanding my attention, as is my bed.

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

Asami and FeiLong can't see straight. Nor can several of the more business-savvy members of "the clan". They heard the speech the governor gave and read the entire proposed bill, asking questions about items they couldn't quite grasp. I'm not asking them exactly why they're , I just know they are.

They are all staying over in Madison, buying jars of yeast to treat their hosts to Chinese steamed buns and some Japanese bread to go along with the dragon's beard noodles (Kei slams them rather hard, hard enough that, after he's through cutting, there are at least 10,000 strands from a pound of dough.)

The :kitty:s are hiding, too (the human/oid rage is rather thick around here, too.) Luckily there haven't been any more "newbies" dropping in. Taneesha's coming over tomorrow to visit the :kitty:s, perhaps give them the attention they desire from someone relatively calm.

Oops, gotta go. Another bento delivery request. Gotta hop to it.

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

I got a message that my sister and brother-in-law are in trouble. Again. Seems they were passing bad checks, and they left my name and number as a contact.

Kanou asked me what the message was about, so I explained it to him in terms he is rather familiar with. Good thing neither he nor I know how to contact the miscreants (I'm  enough, Kanou was talking about doing something very illegal [forcing my sister and eldest niece into the AV trade, and he's not talking audio-visual manufacture/sales either].)

Hirato also asked about the checks and if the situation could be rectified through Circus's services. I told him that I would ask if one of the lesser members could go and round them up if I knew where they were. Unfortunately, I haven't heard from them since my brother's eviction. He asked why use a lesser member, to which I replied, "Why send someone from Homicide to investigate a bad check passer? Unless you know something that the police around here don't."

The :kitty:s have been working overtime, earning their Fishy Feast and Liver Lunch crunchies. Several of the "clan" have started singing the cat food song they heard while doling out the munchies. Talk about earworms...

Oops, gotta go. The singing's started and a few of my neighbors have turned on their rap "music". Who'll win this battle...

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

Ninety nine baggies of nip on the wall,
Ninety nine baggies of nip
One broke open
We started tokin'
Ninety eight baggies of nip on the wall~

Sorry about that, but I need to drown out the crap music.

Sent several of the :kitty:s to Madison (they "needed" to be beside their "staff", plus the "staff" needed their managers.) The protests are still going on, plus there's going to be one locally (I'm going to that one as is Daiba [he rarely leaves his "cave", so he must feel strongly about this issue].) There's talk about recall elections along with the regular elections (several people wish that we could recall the governor, but that'll have to wait until next year.)

The :kitty:s accompanied several kilos of bento, riding "shotgun" on Wren, who did his best not to cause any undue stress on the :kitty: passengers. I wish I could post Daiba's copies of Takaba's photos (there are several photos of the "clan" protesting and other protests, including the Firefighter's Union causing a run on one of the banks [I would've loved to see that one firsthand] as well as Suoh using the protests as a way to exercise his injured leg [luckily Suoh didn't get his hands on said camera...].)

Oops, gotta go. Incoming message from the shinigami "alternates".

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

The "clan" is back, and they've been talking about doing a fundraiser for the Japanese Red Cross as well as a legitimate charity for the non-human casualties over there.

The shinigami are exhausted from all of the work they've been doing with controlling the hungry ghosts and "escorting" the recently departed of all species, working themselves to the point that they just drop into their beds. The :kitty:s are avoiding them for now, acting quite skittish around them (I guess it's the "smell" they give off. *shrug*)

White Day was quite subdued. What's White Day, you ask? It is to the Japanese what Valentine's Day is to Americans, where the guys give small presents and/or candy to the ladies The biggest difference is that, the ladies were the ones who gave them presents on Valentine's Day. White Day is exactly a month after Valentine's Day, so the date is easy to remember.

Gotta go. My bed's calling me, as are the guys who plan on performing at the next "block party"/fundraiser.

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

The "clan" got an interesting call today from the deejays who do fundraisers for the local Children's Hospital. The call was a request: will you perform as an opening act for our variety night fundraiser in April? I almost could see the eyes light up with "Let's DO IT!" from almost everybody ranging from the choreographers to the lone puppeteer. The singing teachers have decided to teach as many of the singers D'yer Maker by Led Zeppelin, then weed out the ones "unsuited" for it.

Suoh's ecstatic because he's out of the leg cast ("I can scratch my leg when it itches! And Tiger Lily can rest comfortably on my leg if she wants!") He's easy to please sometimes. :D But, then again, Tiger Lily moved right onto his "neglected" leg, draped herself in the "typical" :kitty: style ("boneless") then promptly fell asleep, purring. :kitty:s. I gave him several tins of ocean whitefish/tuna pate for :kitty:s to open whenever she's awake long enough to eat.

I had another fasting blood draw ('tis a PitA, but necessary.) While in the office, I told my "escorts" a joke that the ones fluent in English fell out of their chairs laughing, especially when I added an extra line, turning it into a political statement. Asami, the first one to catch his breath, translated the joke for the others, causing the rest to convulse with laughter right before he succumbed to the repeated joke.

Oops, gotta go. Kei's calling me.

The guys had fun at the expense of four people today (two were new staff at the place I have my "bank".)

We were invited to a pseudo-seder, and the guys were asked if they wanted to "ask" the Four Questions. Seven of them did, Suoh in Kansai dialect, FeiLong in Mandarin Chinese (Hong Kong dialect), Alberto in Italian, Asami in Tokyo dialect Japanese, Emba in his tribe's language, Yuuen in his tribe's dialect, and one of the shinigami asked them in Edo-era Japanese. Our "performance" threw everybody who isn't a part of the group for a loop (I guess our hosts thought they were going to ask the Questions in English, albeit accented.) Nobody ate much of the food (the cooks oversalted the chicken and the potatoes, the matzo balls could've dented a wanzer and the hardboiled eggs were overcooked.) Takaba and Tesshou didn't eat much (which caused their friends to worry about their health.) I made up for the bad cooking with a decent lunch, strawberry angel food cake for dessert.

Oh, the family that helps us with our own seder called, asking if we're having our usual "get-together" (we are.) We called the actual companies we've dealt with last year and asked them to send our order to the store we deal with, marking the order with our names (letting the management know this was a special delivery, not to be put out on the shelves) and we're picking up several memorial candles (for the victims of the Japanese earthquake/tsunami as well as for my own mother.)

The :kitty:s are ready for tomorrow night (the performance before the comedy "main event".) The singers/dancers/musicians have put the finishing touches on their acts, too. One of the guest comedians is familiar with our "command performances", so he's a tad prepared as well (but not as prepared as he should be because the guys are going to outdo their previous performances [or so I've heard].)

Oops, gotta go. Refrigerator raid.

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

My sincerest apologies for the delayed update on our performances, but it has taken this long to figure out a delicate way of describing some of the stuff leading up to and following the performances.

Unfortunately, there were a few in the audience who had "a few too many" prior to coming (some of those were female, too.) On top of that, several of those tried to sneak some "extra refreshment" into the theater (not a good idea, if you ken my meaning.) Our usual "security detail" visibly restrained themselves since they didn't want to be the ones "escorted out" by the ushers, especially since they wanted to see the performance almost as much as the majority of the audience.

The performers went backstage to introduce themselves to the main attractions, Ukon making a big production of the whole thing (as usual.) I treated the guys to a repeat of the joke I told my "escorts", which got everybody howling with laughter, including the comics. The :kitty:s stretched a bit, readying themselves for their "lion tamer" shtick as their jungle gyms were put together (one of the comics watched intently as the multi-level ones were reassembled, totally captivated.)

The singers and dancers took the stage first, their set going from classic Beatles to more modern stuff and Yoh sang his "usual" Japanese songs as well as the Boyz II Men a capella set with the rest of that group. Several ladies (and a few men) yelled out for his number, but he declined.

The first comic took the stage then, having been pulled away from the jungle gyms being assembled. He went through his routine, apologizing for the fact that his stuff couldn't compare to the opening act. He was okay, not the best, certainly not the worst. It was about this time that one of the drunks tried soliciting Clare (she escorted him out in a rather painful-looking armhold.) Several of the guys who could see her had tears of sympathetic pain rolling down their cheeks (as in   :p.)

After the first comic, Circus "sang for their supper", treating everybody to an amazing display of several acts, including the "lion tamer" with the :kitty:s. Several of the animal antics got the audience to laugh, especially the mock :kitty: fight between the "triad" :kitty:s and the "yakuza" :kitty:s.

When Circus left the stage, Sakon entered with Ukon and Yuki. They started with a traditional bunraku performance, then followed up with a ventriloquist act. Several audience members as well as the emcees were laughing so hard they were literally crying after Ukon "let loose".

The next comic came on, started his set with one of his characters (a "sports announcer" who would end his "broadcasts" with the tag line, "Play with Pa---in", which he used to describe the :kitty: fight) before going onto his rehearsed stuff.

Anyway, after the performance, the drunk Clare escorted out returned with a pistol. Mamoru took care of that with little trouble as well as the drunk's clothes (swordcanes come in handy sometimes.) The drunk was arrested for indecent exposure, gun violation and a couple of other things I can't recall.

Oops, my bed's calling me. Gotta go.

The guys are "suffering through" the annual Pre-Passover Pig-Out; i.e., if it isn't okay for the holiday/festival, it goes down the gullet. Some of the more "adventurous" eaters already have scarfed down a third of the stuff I set out for breakfast (or is it closer to a half of everything? *shrug*)

Tyler and America have volunteered to keep the Easter candy that the "clan" are getting next weekend (they are also working some Easter Egg events, but not at the church that had everybody wearing bunny ears [the church is blacklisted by the former security detail, especially Kei, Suoh, Kenpachi, Asami,...] and Alberto has ingratiated himself with the large local cathedral by volunteering there after Mass.)

What's amusing is the blacklisted church is begging my guys to work their hunt because nobody else will work there, including their own membership. Unfortunately, the people who are in charge refuse to back off of the rule about bunny ears on the security detail (that's what caused the troubles last time because "big, blond, burly and rather unfriendly with delinquents" aka Suoh, refused to wear them and Kenpachi decided to follow suit [he's scary enough without them, so why traumatize the little kids more?].)

Ah, more requests for chow, some of the requests are from the :kitty:s.

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

The "clan" is sleeping right now (they were rehearsing for the upcoming performance/fundraiser for Children's Hospital.) There was a bit of "excitement" because one of the patients at the adult psychiatric hospital left without signing out or anything, and he ran into the security contingent. They (the security detail) were making plans for where everybody was going to be patroling when the patient literally ran into Kirishima, Kensei and Shuuhei

The "eloper" (what they call AWOL patients from the hospital) was more than grateful to go with the nice police officers after encountering several of the other security folk. Seems he thinks that the brick walls would keep the shinigami away from him. *shakes head*

The :kitty:s visited the patients at Children's as well as Sakon. Several kids recognized them from last year and asked about everybody. Several kids who could go on outings begged the staff to let them go to the fundraiser, promising to be well-behaved while there. Ukon gave them "the Look", puppet-form.

Speaking of :kitty:s, I have to make plans on getting some of the kittens weened off of kitten food and onto adult stuff. They grow so fast. :( One day, they can fit in the palm of your hand; the next, they are as long as your torso (and they take full advantage of it, too.)

Ah, gotta go. Several of the kids are polishing the silver and washing the good dishes for the Mother's Day "ritual", and they want my help.

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

The kids had fun last night at Clowny Clown Burgers while the adults had a combination barbecue and fish boil (Suoh managed the fish boil part, kerosene close by for the finale [he dowses the boil with a flourish].) Tiger Lily had to be rescued from a tree several times due to the flareups (a few guys earned their dinners because of that as did Shigure.)

Later today we're going kite-flying, some of the bigger kids trying out stunt kite flying for the first time. Weather permitting, I figure that the kids deserve a treat after the Mothers Day presents they gave all of the mothers/queens. They made breakfasts for the human/oid mothers and gave the :kitty:s a few treats mixed in with their crunchy food along with a bit of extra attention.

Anyway, we received a phone call from the Children's Hospital deejays earlier today. Seems they heard about the incident Saturday, and they were worried that my guys would back out of their event. A huge chorus of "FUCK NO!" resounded throughout the apartment complex. Why should the kids suffer for the folly of so-called adults. The security detail can handle elopers, plus the shinigami can't be killed by ordinary means (plus the guys who pack know how and when to use their guns if necessary [at least one's a trained assassin, so he'd better know how to handle a gun].)

The snow spirits are making arrangements to move to Antarctica for their annual migration, Wren flying them down when they're ready. They're also making arrangements to sell frozen treats at our gala (we rent trucks that they crank up the cooling until they're comfortable, which is cold enough to keep the frozen treats frozen for a while after they're purchased.) Our grocer is supplying the treats as well as liquid refreshment for the participants (semis will deliver what we need when we need them.)

Speaking of semis and supplies, the post office is having its annual food drive Saturday (Caturday), and we're donating stuff, as usual. It's more important now because of our "beloved" governor, so everybody's donating two or three items instead of just one. Gotta let them know to send a couple of semis this time around.

Oops, gotta go. Rambunctious :kitty: alert.

The kids showed several of the adults the toys they got in their Clowny Clown Kiddie Meals (Takaba had each kid pose with his or her toy so they could play with them sooner, yet everybody who wanted to see the toys could at their leisure) before we went to the beach for kite-flying. A few of the first-timers on the stunt kite were nearly dragged into the lake (several of the stronger adults anchored them, which was a good thing.) We had to take occasional breaks due to thunderstorms, but we got enough time in otherwise.

The :kitty:s had a rough time of it during the storms because several alarms went off (some were car alarms, others were building security alarms.) The sudden shriek from said alarms and sirens had them heading for whatever hiding place they could find (some of them reminded me of an old Two Lumps where the lead up to the punchline was the :kitty:s' human was throwing a barbecue/fireworks party and the humans were using a propane grill. They [the humans] set up the fireworks near the propane bottles. I think you can see where this joke is going.) Here's the strip if anybody's interested: Two Lumps

We had leftovers for dinner (not that anybody minded.) Americanized sushi worked out okay, but I don't think we're going to try that again, and the tomato soup was welcomed after everybody was soaked to the skin. The dryers at the laundromat were pretty much taken over by us, but the only other person in the building was a pest that the manager just wanted him to leave. The guy picked a fight with Kurusu (who removed his gloves.) Luckily, Yuki got through to him before anything tragic happened (Asami and Byakuya escorted the pest out before he could cause any more trouble, literally throwing him into a muddy puddle.)

Classes are almost over for us (those of us who are only taking college courses) and some of us are grateful. We're avoiding the Anime Club members since most of the guys are rather distinctive, most looking almost exactly like what the club members have seen (either in mangas or in the animes.)

Oops, gotta go. Tovarish is pestering me to hit the sack as are several of the guys.

FeiLong and I were stopped by a group of rather irritating people who just wanted to pick fights with non-African Americans (they were "feeling no pain", I guess, but that's neither here nor there.) The woman was hoping that her age and her cane would "protect" her, but it backfired with the Baishe leader (he had a rather bad day and didn't care whatsoever about indelicacies.) I guess calling his masculinity into question is rather taboo, no matter how old one is. She tried to hit him with her cane and he "inconvenienced" her by taking said cane and throwing it across the street. I told her companions that she's d@mn lucky he didn't wrap said cane around her neck after doing something rather vulgar to her with it first.

Dragon's Wing immediately settled on the Dragon as soon as he sat down, the :kitty: turning on the purr motor, relaxing her staff purrson. She started playing with his hair during a meeting of the "security detail" for our next fundraiser (she's not security, but one of the :kitty: fight actor/ess/s [triad, obviously] but who's going to throw a :kitty: out of a meeting?).

We're ready for the Food Drive pick up tomorrow (everybody picked up three items to donate.) Yoh was the one to warn the post office that they're going to have to send a couple of semis for our pick up. Anyway, I think there's another fan in the Yoh fan club (and the person hasn't even seen him yet!)

One of the neighbors tried to take a few "free groceries" from our packages, but found himself on the business end of Kira's sword, in the Japanese "apologetic pose". Unfortunately for the neighbor, we know he has more than enough food in his pantry (the only cabinets that don't contain food are the one under his sink [pots] and the one that is up above and on the eastern wall [dishes].) Asami punched out the guy (he made Belinda cry, telling her that she should die because she told him that he didn't have to steal.) Lucky for him that Asami wasn't packing his favorite Glock.

Oops, I'm being paged by several :kitty:s.

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

We're celebrating "Final exams are over!" Week starting tomorrow night. Tao has signed up for a couple more college classes (he seemed to enjoy them more than his high school classes except the professor who is now teaching philosophy in a farming community that is more concerned with making cheese and sausages.)

Taneesha stopped by a bit earlier and the guys asked if she'd be willing and able to participate in next week's fundraiser. Some of them even volunteered to accompany her if she wanted. She told them that she'll ask her guardians if they'd let her and, if so, if they would help her choose a few hymns. She's starting to come out of her shell a bit more around the guys (which is good.) She promised that, if she gets permission, she'll teach the pieces she'll sing, bringing the sheet music. I hope she'll be able to since the :kitty:s "listen" to her better than most of the other human/oid/s. I might just bribe her with a new bento box or two....

Speaking of :kitty:s, we got a card from the rescue group the panther ended up with. They're ecstatic that we took him in when we did (seems that he was abused by his former staff and is still a bit "on edge".) I might suggest that Taneesha and Tao go on a "field trip" sometime this summer to visit...

Oh, and the "lady" who irritated FeiLong was arrested yesterday. She was carrying a rather decent stash, claiming she needed it to ease her pain. I have just one word for her; Dilaudid. But she had about a kilo on her person, plus she tried to strike one of the officers. Even FeiLong knows not to resist arrest. She was also caught with a switchblade. For an older person, she sure is stupid. Police are being a bit more careful since a young man was stabbed on a bike path not that far from here.

Ah, gotta go. I'm helping with high school homework.

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

The "clan" is asleep now (long day and everybody's pretty exhausted.) Many of the kids who remember the guys were ecstatic, especially when they saw the carriers :)kitty:s!)

Emba was a hit with many of the ladies (he was blowing the conch shell in the early dawn, the note greeting the sun which, in turn, bathed the hunter's bare torso.) When he ran some messages around noon, the sassy secretary who was there kept a running commentary that got everybody who "swings" Emba's way laughing.

Kei was grateful for his new glasses today (he ended up getting rather high-end glasses due to his prescription and several personal requirements.) I wish I could've gotten my new pair where he did, but my insurance isn't accepted there (the company that does accept it is rather shoddy with their work, plus it doesn't measure the stuff properly which, in my case, is a pain in the a$$ets.) At least my eyes are back to normal (the ophthmologist used the weakest drops, which dialate the eyes for five hours, but mine stayed that way for 15, which was a real pain.) I'm just grateful they didn't use the strongest ones, which dialate the eyes for roughly a week.

A person who has been helping me a bit in my apartment took one look a my scrip, then said, "No wonder you don't want to do anything without your glasses! You practically can't move anywhere without them!" (she used to work at an optician's herself, so she can pretty much read the scrip.) She also asked why they didn't suggest high-index lenses, which would make the scrip lighter weight-wise. Ah, well. *shrug*

The "clan" is looking forward to next week since "Market Season" starts next Wednesday. I already feel sorry for this year's entertainment.

Oh, and the "clan"'s celebrating the decision handed down by a judge that overturns the collective bargaining law that we protested against (the decision was that there wasn't enough time given for a true "open meeting" to be held plus the assembly's actions were close to being illegal due to the bill being railroaded through, therefore the "law" is illegal.)

Oops, gotta go. :kitty:s have their claws unsheathed, and they're ready to protest my absence.

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

The fundraiser was a success in spite of the weather, the :kitty:s reactions to it, and the elopers. The security detail had fun with the elopers, especially Kenpachi (sometimes I think he needs to go in the psych hospital himself.) The guy Kenpachi fought ended up being carried back over the big guy's shoulder like a dishtowel or a dust rag during chores. Byakuya and Retsu ended up talking to the staff at the hospital, Retsu being the primary "mouthpiece" (from what I heard, she scared the living daylights out of the people there, moreso than Kenpachi, which I thought was nearly impossible.)

Emba's "running" the check over to the station Tuesday after we have it cut, a full contingent of guards with him (I think I'd better warn them about the station's front receptionist....)

We ran into a woman who "came clean" with 17 dolls that she took above and beyond the one she was allotted according to the rules of a contest affiliated with the local professional baseball team. None of us could figure out what was so yahoo about the dolls, but to each his/her own. *shrug* She donated the dolls to the radiothon to be auctioned off, kinda ("Donate X amount, and you might get one of these dolls.") The sassy secretary said that, if the guys from my "clan" had dolls made of them, she'd try buying them through an actual auction, especially the ones between the ages of twenty and forty five. I "smell" harassment here. ;)

The kids (and the "kids") went out earlier today to the kite festival (one of the neighbors told us to "go fly a kite", so we did.) FeiLong brought his traditional Chinese dragon kite, which he let one of the stunt kite flyers try out (the kid let FeiLong fly his stunt kite.) The kid was the only person outside of the "clan" to fly it, making his companions green with envy. Well, it's FeiLong's kite, it's his rules as to who flies it.

Ah, the :kitty:s are getting a bit frisky. Gotta go.

Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

We had a bit of excitement earlier today that we could've done well without. Several of the guys were solicited including Hirato (who is a cop,) Yogi (one of Hirato's leftenants,) Asami (yakuza,) FeiLong (triad,) and several others. The girl ended up getting busted by local police, as were her "friends" (I didn't stick around to find out which way she gravitated, especially after seeing Kanou's eyes change to his "let's haggle your future income, which will all go to me" look.)

I sang a bit for the combat vets when we got back home, since it is/was Memorial Day. A few cried a bit when I did Ofra Haza's Kaddish to remember their fallen comrades as well as Dire Straits' Brothers In Arms. After I finished, I pulled up a few :kitty: videos, one of a tiny kitten who was having a nightmare (I guess) and his/her mother hugged him/her, calming him/her down, plus several Maru the :kitty: and Stationmaster Tama the :kitty: videos. The :kitty: hugs work quite well on human/oid/s, too. The vets set up a special shrine for those that went on before them, incense, candles, a bell plus a few other items I can't recall offhand (but it doesn't matter.)

Kei and Suoh have asked to help escort the check tomorrow before everybody goes over to the new Farmers Market. I hope there's going to be peace and quiet at the bank, the station and the market. We're walking (although it's not that far away.)

Oops, gotta go. Kids, "kids", and :kitty:s...
