Funny you should say this. You said you listened to Butch and his not even remotely Christian talk...and this is excactly what he discussed. Christ told us that we were the Goats...that whatever we do to the least of us...we do to him. You speak of VT and a single shooting in Florida... and we 'goats' in the US are highly incensed about these incidences...and rightly so...but the reality is we see the hundreds of thousands dead in Iraq...as 'casualties of war'...Goats, whatever you do to the least of me, you do to me. It was again another record setting deadly week in Iraq that same week as VT. As was mentioned in another thread...their were two suicide bombings at Bagdad University in January...over 80 dead...that school has less than 6% attendance as it did before we liberated them.

Whatever we do to the least of us... It would be nice if we could follow what Christ commands.

Namaste Dor,

I know you 'mentioned' it. I included/quoted your 'mention' in my response. According to scripture we are goats...as we are part and parcel to the goings on in this world. We created the atmosphere/the void in Iraq that allowed the suicide bombers to run rampant, it barely is a blip in our colllective minds. Bringing it into the realm of acceptablility brings the VT situation into the realm of reality. As long as we decide to condemn others as you have me, we are condemning Jesus and our world...or so He says.

I did not condemn you.
Only one man can condemn you Wil and that is you yourself.

I did not say you were remotley Christian I said that about an organization you linked.
I think that about alot of organizations....ask me what I think about Mormons, the Catholic religion, JWs, Branch Davidians, all the "christian" name only religions.
The difference is I know that just because a group might have it wrong does not condemn everyone in the group.
As my pastor says and I tend to agree with it..there is a remnant in every religion, movement, group or whatever you want to call it.

You believe if I interpret your statements correctly that only Jesus can save.

Your statement says you are following Jesus and I am not...or is my interpretation wrong.

The conclusion would be that you are indicating I'm not saved.

Unless this is me jumping to conclusions.

What you say/do/think to the least of us...you say/think/do to Him.

I think that is powerful. Their would be a lot more Christians if the ones who claim to be could grock that.

Yes only Jesus can save and no that is not my opinion thats biblical.

I also know Jesus is the only one who knows our heart and if someone has it all wrong and heart is in right mode that effects things.

Yes and if I hated you and wanted you to perish Id never say a thing. God says he wants for no man to perish. We talk to people because we care. You think I hate you not at all I hope you are kneeling right next to me throwing crowns at Christs feet and if I try to correct you about something it is cause I want you to be there and have enough crowns to keep up.

There would be alot more if all that claimed his name meant it which we also know from the Bible thats not the way it is.
