Only in public places...and adult movie theatres (ask PeeWee Herman!). BTW, that is if you yank your own chain...it is perfectly legal for someone else to yank your chain for you... :D

Yes but I live in Egypt and we can get away with murder here.....literally. :p Although kissing my husband on the cheek in public is illegal :confused:
