Oh wait I know!

poetry in motion

seriously....to me it defines the struggle of peace and interfaith...the dove constantly beating its wings, persistence, the way it has to work to move off its normal path, to push beyond its comfort zone, the way the body and tail rotate around the loop honoring, acknowledging all paths, and the ease one feels once you have stepped out of the box and explore, drifting over backwards, knowing you are in safe hands, and can get right back onto the path....but also knowing the exploration never ends....

absolutely lovely what you've done!

Ugh... All those tantrums... and such pay off when someone looks in favour of something you have done... And guess what, it's worth it.

That is the file which is small enough to use as an avartar by the way. Right click and save as and it's yours.

Well you know bro... I got's to do whats I got's to do... Being a mod, you'd think you had more favours...

"Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 48.8 KB (whichever is smaller)."

That isn't looking like much of a favour to me... Talk to brian... You need to complain I had to sacrafice quality to get that image to work!

Compare that to mine...

I for one think that wil's new avatar is sick.

If you don't know, sick is a word that the kids these days are (were?) using to evoke the same meaning as previous generations had evoked by using words such as "totally awesome," "rad," "cool," "hip," "groovy," "keen," "swell," and "neat."

And that is my academic treatise on the usage of slang for this morning.

Very cool avatar. Very cool. :)

That is awesome... Will have to look at that again when I am off work and in the right frame of mind......

:Wil: Apologies, your 3d project has a hitch, a 1 -2 day delay.... I had to remove my cat's head from my dog's jaw yesterday afternoon, I have many scratches, bites and a dislocated finger... Much irritable swelling to boot. Sorry for this unforseen event. You'll understand. But, Once I am comfortable on the hands again couple days I will get to work on it.

17th..sorry to hear of the cat and dog row. Four words...tetanus immunization booster shot...seem appropriate at such a time. Hurry up and mend well..."customizer".

flow....:(

My tetanus.... lol I said anus.... Anyway, that shot last's ten years and I had one in the army.. So that is still active.. I hate doctors (no personal offense to any doctors here.) So I haven't been there, popped me finger back in myself and covered my hand in bandages and plasters..... I mean band aids lol... The vet however who looked at the cat said I should watch the swelling as these certain type of bugs live on cat teeth... And a cat bite he said can be worse than the bite of a dog....

However, thanks flow feeling better today I am sure by tomorrow I shall be just dandy!

Cat is fine now... Still recovering and wishing for space, from the dogs.... Understandable...... Yeah I can now close my fists! Which is awesome... All swelling has gone down and I did a good job popping my finger back in place... So, it's all over now... I get a slight twinge now and then but that is very minor.

Glad you are both on the mend my friend. I am sorry you got hurt, I know they always say don't put your hands near a dogs mouth in such situations but there is no way you can just stand there and watch - am proud of you for saving the cat.

I think the cat may be rather timid around the dogs for a while now, no big surprise there but it is a bit worrying for the future, once dogs start to chase/bite cats they tend not to stop. Were they playing and it went too far or did the dog just get it into its head to eat the cat?

You just have to do what you have to do.... I could indeed of stood there... Then I would have a cat that was now in two chunks.... My wife and niece were shocked to see me just diving my hands in there and losing chunks of flesh and ripping my finger out of place.... And not even blinking... lol They are not like us though Sally... They don't understand our mind set, you do your job and save/protect those that need it... You -then- worry about your own problems..

He is on the tmidish... side at the moment lol he was a very aggressive dominant cat before hand... Notice alot of cats around the street now... He used to own the whole street.

Dog's can learn anything, they can also be taught not to do anything... I can teach my dog to leave the cat alone... It is possible as is everything, see if I was a mwill-in-aire (millionaire... lol) I would buy a big big farm and run a sanctury for dogs from violent backgrounds.... Especially dog fighting... Cause when they "save" those dogs they are killed... As they have high risk and some belief that these dogs cannot be trained for good... They can be :|

My dog's reason for the attack, partly my own fault I didn't realise she was present, I gave a slice of ham to my cat on the floor.... Dizzy spotted this and to show her dominance and make him understand she eats before him told him off, this is where if he were a dog it would be ok... But we get the break down in body communication here... Instead of backing off, shocked he stood his ground and she nipped him.... Which is the final "Get back mate that is so my bit of ham.." He then attacked her.... And from there she gave him a more -harsh- telling off.. That's where I had to jump in...

Oh it was food - I am the same with brownies, just back off the brownies or I'll have ya, they are mine!! :p

Oh you would love my parents place, all the animals here are rescued, even the chickens and lambs and all have sad stories to tell but they live like royalty here.

We had the same problems at breakfast time between the dogs and cats, so Dad just put a small table in the corner and the cats have their morning cheese and bacon on there, the dogs just leave them alone then. Not sure your kitchen will be big enough for that but at least it means the problem can be solved with different eating areas.

I was watching my cat on the webcam last night, amazing how the little furry critters get under your skin, can't wait to get home and see him, oh and the hubby too of course lol :D
