legible....!! wtf!!
Puts me up **** creek wifoot a bleedin paddle!!

I used to help administer the institution that awarded Hef a bachelor's degree. That's neither here nor there you understand, but even I know that if I were Hef, the silver drool cup would be protecting SILK JAMMIES.

:p

Now there's a subject..
"the wonderful properties and uses of silk"....
so many!!!

(I think u'll find it's spelt "declarative"...lol... u know who u are...)

I am the kind of person who peppers my communiques with txt msg type- all those who are internet savvy should be able to interp. these comments...I do not use these small shorthand forms because I am a moron- I do it for the sake of convienience- it is much easier to write "u" than "you" when fingers are flying trying to define things, opine about things, refine things...

studies recently have shown that rather than these txt typers be less literate, they are generally more so- they have better vocabularies and are more creative than writers who find it all has to be "just so"... for the sake of the anally retentive I will try to hunt down the abstracts and titles and link them, but don't hold ur breath...

I have a problem with vowel combinations- you will often see me write "becuase" rather than "because", but that is due firstly to my poor typing skills, and secondly because I have previously not found it necessary to edit my posts for such trivial spelling mistakes as I did not realise my posts where judged on tense and punctuation in such a fashion...

I do admit, however, that I notice when ppl are poor spellers and bad punctuators, and that often causes me to place less merit in their opinions, although intellectually I know this is wrong, especially on an international forum where ppl may not have English as their first language...

I would much prefer to struggle though a badly spelt but heartfelt message than wade through the ill-contrived yet pleasantly punctuated verbiage of the intelligensia...

but maybe that's just me...

Dear Francis,

Does this mean that you place less merit in your own posts then?

Yours,

Anally Retentive.

Ya know there are plenty of people out there that will look for spelling and punctuation mistakes, they enjoy finding these errors. I for one would hate to disappoint these people, and are so appreciative of others who show concern for their psyche as well.

I feel confident that this post contravenes the spirit (if not the letter) of the code of conduct. Unless it's an acronym for something cute and nice.

s.
Well I had no clue, the urban dictionary says it is either the acronym for the: China University of Mining and Technology or noun: someone who receives pleasure from constant sexual activity.

Now it is my understanding the Uni is well regarded. As for the latter that would refer to me, but only for a week or so...then I need a break.
