what i said was the person viewing them and making them are the pornagraphers. the human body alone does not constitute porn any more than two consenting adults in private does.

I already gave you what i would do and you ignored it. if the child wants to be an offender more than once, she will not get off on her second account of sharing nude pics of children because she does not respect herself enough to respect anyone else and she can do time with the adults by learning the hard way.

As usual you only emote rather than reason. These pictures were not on the Internet but only on cell phones. They were intended for private use just like consenting adults. In this case they were consenting teens which to you makes their bodies pornographic. They have to be if accused of being child pornography.

that does not matter because they had already been passed from one person to another. they do not have to be on the internet to be a crime, you foolish man.

No reason-just righteous indignation. Run Alice while you still can. On second thought Simone didn't run but instead stood up to the Beast and lived a life that benefited others. Why not you also?

Now Alice starts to be concerned. She not only was being considered for Child Pornography but is being scorned by Fundamentalists, Secularists, psychologists, and perhaps some other ists, I cannot remember now.

She remembers an account in the Bible

Matthew 7

She says "Yes that's it." "Why listen to these characters when they support the worst in movies, music, videos, and whatever else they can think of but want to call my body pornographic.
They accuse with the nastiest expressions of righteous indignation while calling my body pornographic and financially supporting the worst in human depravity.. They've read this passage in Matthew 7 but never understood it since their righteous indignation doesn't allow them to experience the plank in their own eye. They prefer to call my body pornographic to justify the perversions of their adult associates and yet entice me into going into prostitution. I hope I never become like this."

Alice is now looking for answers.
 
Just to note, I`ll document a real clear cut case when the laws should be enforced.

When laws are abused, there is a chance that an unintended wreck may occur somewhere down the line. Charging teens for serious crimes for petty crimes, may lead to more serious crimes in the future.

This guy in (Asia somewhere) who was a 5th grade school teacher, turned out that he had a site named "Club Kids", where he posted pictures of dead children for fun. I`m not gonna go into specifics of his mental condition, but he got charged for child porn while he offended the heck out of parents of dead children, but he turned up at another elementary school event dressed as a parent, got busted for insanely taking lots of pictures and was kicked out.

Now to note, this guy is charged for the same crimes as the teenagers.
