This is what has happened to Christianity and how it could devolve into the Spanish Inquisition or the Salem Witch Trials. We live in scary times and completely unware of the dangers of this politically correct mindset that from its hypocrisy invites and nourishes abuse.

Just contemplate this harsh reality. Parents having sold their soul to society are incapable of explaining to their teenage daughter the reasons for sexual concerns other then the normal superficial cliches. Can a parent be foreful enough to earn their attention and after doing so begin to make sense to them. It is posible. But as it stands now why should any creative kid with a brain blindly accept this? So with no one to turn to they become more lost in materialism and commercialism and allow themselves to be defined by their respective expressions of perversion. They become what materialism and commercialism preach. But in spite of all this we insist on blind expressions of righteous indignation with no awareness of the reality of the human psych. We are unwilling to take the plank out of our own eye so incapable of acquiring the understanding we could pass on to the young if we could be humble enough while retaing the character that earns their respect. But as you see the strength of resistance makes it impossible so everything continues including the psychological destruction of our young.

This thread has proven it to me so I personally got a lot from it. I tend to be more trusting and sometimes I have to learn the harsh realities as I did before with the nastiness directed at recognition of the Armenian Genocide. I am more aware of the dark nature of these various expressions of blind righteous indignation and it isn't very pretty. But it is the young that suffer since they lack the experience to see it for what it is.

Despite Nick_A managed to offend everybody here and I hardly agree with him, but I will agree with what he has to say generally for this. If I knew anything, I know well enough that a handful of teen age girls chase around older guys and there`s no stopping them at least if your the same age as them. My friend girlfriends would chase 18 year olds, guys from the military, you name it, and it started around age 14. And no, I`m from the good parts of society.

Although I don`t think I agree with what Nick_A seems to have done to prove this point (didn`t bother to analyze.. smell stench).

Since noone is supporting the 17 year old who got busted, assuming he is not part of organized crime,

so he gets arrested. gets sent to jail tried as an adult for child porn, maybe in Texas. gets sent to state prison and gets what he obviously doesn`t deserve. guy comes out as wreck. his only options are from there on to be an outcast of society. All because some teenage chic sent or agreed to send naked pictures to him.

OK. Now comes the potential aftermath. No time to tell the judge.

I would understand if after he comes out of jail, he shows up to the girls house and shoots the entire place up especially the parents. Sure sounds like a happy ending well deserved for both party`s, especially for the daughter who sent pictures to an older guy.

Most of them that I have come across in the news are not doing that at all. The judges are ordering probation for the first offense to minors but making it clear that a second offense will get them prosecuted and to spread the word real fast to their peers.

What you have is young people who think they can break laws because they are underage and get away with it. That is not going to fly later in life using that mentality for other laws as they grow into society.

There is no difference if minors are directing the film or if an adult is directing it. iT is almost like a loophole for minors to get away with making and selling porn, but not quite.

It is mostly just young and dumb kids that don't think about future problems they create.

This story tells of two minors in a relationship which is legal but documenting it and sending it to others makes the material illegal.

There is no difference if minors are directing the film or if an adult is directing it.

There is a major difference if minors are directing the film on behalf of organized crime or adults (IMO older than age 22) who intend to make money. Nothing productive could possibly occur except for young women who are determined to be porn stars.

If they are working for organized crime and are aware of what will be happening to them in the near future, if they`re messing with women under the age of 15 they should go to trial even at age 17. This I can see that parents would be majorly concerned.

yes they can be tried as an adult for making nude pics and films. a whole lot can happen that you may not be considering.
