Happiness

AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT:

A novice must check that a lesson checks with three authorities [as is injoined in the Vedas]:
One's Mentor (aka, Guru)
One's Mentor peers (aka, Sadhus)
The text books (aka, scripture)

We should heed the honest welwishing advise of of senior mentors ---that is what makes for an accomplished student.

If all around you are pronouncing the Instructions of Guru, Sadhu, sastra ---it is imperative to self-reflect the life-guard's whistle.

We all have a road to travel with different destinations and I believe there is sometime to learn from everyone else no matter how small.

We all have a road to travel with different destinations and I believe there is sometime to learn from everyone else no matter how small.

Glad to hear it.

But the majority of living beings believe:

We all have a road to travel with different destinations and MOST believe there is NOTHING to learn from NO BODY ELSE no matter how IMPORTANT.

Thats sad because they miss out on so much

How little you understand

Your mistake is you believe understanding comes from learning, you think knowledge brings understanding, the more information you gather the better you understand something. It is simply not the case at all, everything you fill your mind with, you are that much further from truth.

You try to comprehend the nature of existence through Jesus' experience, you learn everything you can about the theories about this man, you look in other faith systems to confirm what is said about Jesus, you are basically blinded by your own concepts, you do not even question where these have come from, why any of this is valid at all. Your whole approach is basically wrong, you are trying to confirm your own ideas, you are not trying to experience for yourself and only experience is true confirmation.

Jesus says repeatedly to look within, that God is within us, Hinduism has many techniques for going within, Buddhism too tries to look directly within for truth, all the great ones say this. You are content to learn what they have said about it, you have even mocked "navel gazing" because for you there is nothing in actually looking for truth, you think you already have truth but all you have are words about.

Zen is the only way to truth, the mystics can use any scripture to justify bringing about a state of Zen, they will use any device to bring you to this state. It is simply to see that all things are here and now, nothing can be outside this moment, this is the ultimate conclusion of Buddha's Middle Way, of Lao Tzu's pleas to not fight the Tao - the natural flow of life, what you would call doing God's will. Living in the now, there is nothing comparable, every ounce of your being is invested into every instance, and yet continuously existence goes on filling you back up. Every religious practice is exactly towards this moment, their whole teaching is to live each moment as completely as possible, the only true sacrifice is your personal will, your own identity, because it holds you back - you want to be consistent with the past, you want to head towards something in the future, you are not alive now, you keep missing life. The Bible says God is the God of life, not death, but the only moment where life exists is here and now, it cannot be there and then, the past is dead, the future is not yet born, there is no life in either.

All opposites come together in this moment, constantly they are at play in this moment, to make any conception about it, Scientists say it takes 0.3 seconds for the brain to respond to anything - you are automatically out of the moment just thinking about anything. The mind is the veil, Zen is the apocalypse, it is to see directly without the veil, and without the veil you see you are already in heaven.

I always look at it this way. Anything that comes from kindness, love , compassion, understanding ect is truth and thats what you need to learn from. Thats the lessons that get you to heaven.

Even this is too much of the mind, every conception means you have lost a little of life to your theory. Everything arises naturally in this moment, you don't have to have any conception about any of it, your concepts only bring about a forced way of living, there is no authenticity to whatsoever arises in the mind, everything is a means or end, the mind cannot look at this exact moment.

I have said that I bless your path, but Zen is the arrival, it is the very peak of human consciousness, and the very peak of life itself. Things like God, miracles, everything is just an idea in peoples minds at this moment, every word is necessarily just a pointing at something else. What you call kindness, love, compassion, understanding, even truth, these are all particular notions for you. They can only arise purely when you are not trying to portray them, but in this, you as a distinct being is not there.

Every thought, it is an attempt for mind to be the master, to be the center of you. You have accepted that it is you, but it is not, you are the one which is aware of the mind. Zen is to live as that one, to experience life directly without anything added. It is to live free of illusion...

Illusion can only come through the mind.

The spirit is the mind. Thats why I was talking about getting your heart into your head.

Spirit means breath.

You must bring your attention from the head to the heart, the soul is at the heart chakra, this is what you fundamentally are.

I see myself fundamentally as the crystal light which is all 5 elements as one source element. This is love light. The crystal skulls are touring the united states right now and it seems weird that its at the time of the 2012. There are 13 of them the 13th being the center skull. This all ties into the myan prophecies as well. To me its that crystal light that we are at the source and we are at center. Our whole body not just one point. Whole body consciousness.

More correctly, what is translated as 'Spirit' in English actually means Breath, and aligns with the Hindu prana and the Asian ch'i. It is why these traditions focus so much on breath exercises, they believe as Science confirms that breath is the basic life force in humans.

The Gospels use the Greek 'Pneuma', which means air, wind or breath, but the Christians do very little with breath. Every emotion, every thought, you can notice they each bring a different pattern to the breath. If you are feeling angry, for instance, and you change your breathing pattern, your mood will change right away. This is why it is common for people to say "take a deep breath", this fundamentally resets emotions.

I am not talking about above or below but rather the oneness of all of it. the source which is a spirit element that resembles an icecrystal snowflak
sparkleing in the sunlight.

No you don't, this is merely the theory you like the best.

I understand there is yoga that happens to be associated with this and is the opening of the golden lotus.

I have said nothing about above and below, why have you even brought it up?

I go on discussing living from that point of oneness, and you go on bringing the discussion back away from it. Ultimately, the entire existence is your outermost body, but to know this you must drop identification with what you think is your body.

Eventually, even the body you currently reside in is part of the scenery of everything, you are no more limited to it. This brings about the sparkle, the unique snowflake as you insist on wording it, this happens when oneness is realized - when the heart chakra is opened.

I understand there is yoga that happens to be associated with this and is the opening of the golden lotus.

You continue to consider metaphors as real objects.

The golden lotus refers to the opening of the crown chakra, and the golden aura which surrounds those who have opened it. All Lotus metaphors refer to the opening of the crown because it literally feels like the tip of your head has opened in a similar way to the flower.

We are both speaking about the oneness and source of everything but seem to have different views. I see this as the crown chakra like the opening like a fountain effect. Whole body consciousness not just one point. I see the body as becoming a part of this like the skin for the whole thing but merging with it. So as you can see we are talking about simular things but I am speaking of the crown which is the rush of the whole body becoming consciousness one so that there is no chakra points but your whole body is the chakra. Understand now?

You are functioning from the circumference, on the surface.

I am talking about the essence, the center, the core, the true nature of everything as oneness.

You cannot find the essence of all things by looking at its appearance, this is exactly why we consider everything distinct. You have to go deeper, and as you go deeper you realize you are not anything on the surface - not the body, not the emotions, and not the mind. Realizing this, now there is no difference between what you are and what everything else is, yet everything is included because everything is of the same essence.

Your consciousness fundamentally changes, it encompasses the entire existence. Currently, your energy only resides in your body, can you imagine how much more will be available if the entire universes energy is available to you?

Yet it is, but first you have to dis-identify with your limited supply.

THat is what I am talking about as well. I have already been through the other stages. I am at the golden lotus stage and have done the yoga you mentioned. The golden lotus has thousands of petals and represents the body with its crystal locks like sparkles on each petal and inside is the crystal light. This is the crown chakra, I have been through the heart chakra opening and binding thing which caused the golden lotus thing. So I see where your coming from but your a step behind from where I am speaking from.

You speak from mind, I speak from no-mind.

You are still identified with ideas and concepts, I live in the moment.

You still desire, still project in the future, I know only now.

It is plain that at most your heart chakra has opened, but fundamentally you remain through the ego, still you insist that you are something.

i am closed I am just waiting for the flood gates to open so to speak where my body is filled with whole body consciousness. Thats the golden lotus opening. Dont know when that will happen. I have a feeling that wont happen for years. I am still spiritually young yet.
