Marie Jana Korbelová passed away at the tender age of 84 from cancer.

Madeleine Jana Korbel Albright[ (aka Madeleine Albright,) the first female secretary of state who served under former president Bill Clinton, passed away yesterday. She ws also an ambassador from the United States to the United Nations when the Rwandan genocide occurred. Dwayne Haskins passed away at the tender age of 24 after being struck by a dump truck.

"Who?" you ask?

He was a relatively new quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, training in Florida, when he ended up being hit by a dump truck on a rather busy Florida highway. Gilbert Gottfried passed away from an undisclosed illness at the tender age of 67.

He's been in "the business" since 1980, both in front of and behind the camera. Some of you might remember him from a "little-known" animated film titled Aladdin as well as all of the sequels and spin-offs (he voiced Iago, Jafar's avian companion.) He was also the original American voice for the AFLAC Insurance Co. until he was fired for tweeting several controversial "jokes" about the 2011 earthquake/tsunami/nuclear disaster in Japan.

Andy Fletcher passed away too young, just 60 years old.

"Who?" you ask?

Any was a founding member and keyboardist of Depeche Mode, a band from Basildon in England, who never had the success here they achieved abroad, especially Eastern Europe and Russia. My better 'arf visited a cafe in Estonia which played Depeche Mode videos endlessly ...

A music journo described Fletcher as not the singer, not the lead, not the writer, not the star ... just a thoroughly nice bloke who grounded the others and held the band together through four decades.
 
Nichelle Nichols passed away from natural causes at the tender age of 89.

Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev passed away at the tender age of 91.

Mikhail Gorbachev was the last leader of the Soviet Union, introducing glastnost and perestroika. Gorbachev was no angel, though, at times praising Vladamir Putin for some of his actions, but was highly critical towards the end.
